بررسی عوامل موثر بر امنیت زنان در بافت فرسوده محله طرشت

در حال حاضر، بافت فرسوده شهری و چالش هایی که به دنبال آن شکل گرفته، تبدیل به یکی از مسائل اساسی کشورها شده است. یکی از معضلات جدی بافت های فرسوده شهری، افزایش جرائم شهری در این بافت ها است. احساس ناامنی در جامعه باعث می شود که افراد از حوزه عمومی کناره گیری کرده و زندگی و فعالیت های خود را در انزوا ادامه دهند و درازمدت اثرات نامطلوبی بر کیفیت زندگی، بهره وری اقتصادی و اجتماعی افراد خواهد داشت. زنان نیمی از جمعیت جامعه را به خود اختصاص می دهند و به عنوان مهم ترین و تاثیرگذارترین گروه های اجتماعی، که دارای نقش کلیدی در خانواده و تربیت نسل آینده هستند، می باشند. یکی از عواملی که مانع حضور موثر و فعالانه زنان می باشد موضوع امنیت به ویژه در بافت های فرسوده است. بر همین اساس ضروری است تا به مسائل زنان به عنوان سرمایه های اجتماعی و انسانی پرداخته شود. پژوهش حاضر به دنبال کشف عوامل اصلی موثر در امنیت زنان بافت فرسوده محلات شهری و سپس تحلیل تاثیر و میزان تاثیر هر یک از عوامل بر امنیت زنان بافت فرسوده محله طرشت می باشد. روش تحقیق پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی است و برای کشف عوامل اصلی از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و نرم افزار spss؛ سپس برای تحلیل میزان تاثیر هرکدام از عوامل کشف شده از نرم افزار smart pls بهره گرفته شد. در نهایت یافته های تحقیق نشان دهنده آن است که عوامل کالبدی، نظارتی و اجتماعی به ترتیب بیشترین تاثیر را در زمینه ارتقای امنیت زنان در بافت فرسوده محله طرشت دارا می باشند، نکته حائز اهمیتی که در یافته ها به چشم می خورد جای گیری عامل نظارتی در رتبه دوم و بالاتر از عامل اجتماعی می باشد که خود دلالت بر اهمیت این عامل در بین زنان محله طرشت دارد.

Examining Effective Factors on Women’s security in the Wornout Texture of Tarasht Neighborhood

Nowadays , one of the intense problems of the city, which is strongly emphasized, is the urban Wornout texture. Urban sustainability depends on the transformation and gradual change of the city’s life in various dimensions and towards adaptation to the spatial needs of the times, and the failure to achieve this adaptation will at least weaken the urban texture. One of the serious problems of urban exhausted tissues is the increase of urban crime in these tissues. Women account for half of the population and are considered as the most important and influential social groups, which play a key role in the family and the upbringing of the next generation. One of the factors preventing the effective and active participation of women is security, especially in wornout tissues. Therefore, it is necessary to be addressed the issues of women as social and human capital. The present study primarily seeks to explore the main factors affecting the security of women in urban texture and then analyze the impact , especially impact of the factors on the security of women in the wornout tissues of Tarasht district , one by one . In order to discover the main factors, exploratory factor analysis and then to find out about the significance and effect of each of the discovered factors, Smart Pls software was used. Finally, it was concluded that the physical, supervisory and social factors have the most effect on the security of women in the wornout texture of the Tarasht district . The point that is found in the findings is the placement of the supervisory factor in the second place and higher than social factor in terms of impact that indicate the importance of this factor among women.
