نقش تسهیل گری فرآیندهای اجتماع محور در توانمند سازی اقتصادی محلات پیرا شهری زابل

تسهیلگری اجتماع محور به مثابه یک فرآیند و به عنوان ابزاری در ارتقای مشارکت و حکمروایی مردم سالارانه در زمینه‌های اقتصادی می‌باشد. هدف مقاله،نقش تسهیلگری فرآیندهای اجتماع محور در توانمند سازی اقتصادی محلات پیراشهری زابل است.این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی- توسعه ای و از نظر ماهیت توصیفی-تحلیلی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات به صورت اسنادی و پیمایشی است. جامعۀ آماری شامل خانوارهای ساکن در پنج محلۀ حاشیۀ شهر (9244 خانوار) است. با توجه به تعداد خانوارهای موجود، 369 خانوار به عنوان حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران به‌دست آمد.جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای و آزمون تحلیل واریانس (anova) استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که بالاترین میانگین در مولفۀ اقتصادی در بین محلات را محله معصوم‌آباد با میانگین 3.33 و کمترین میانگین را محله حسین‌آباد با میانگین 3.16 به خود اختصاص داده است. در ادامه میانگین تسهیلگری فرایندهای اجتماع‌محور در بُعد اقتصادی با هم مقایسۀ شد. نتایج بیانگر آن است که از بعد اقتصادی تفاوتی بین محلات پیراشهری زابل وجود ندارد. از عمده دلایل عدم تفاوت از بعد اقتصادی بین پنج محله این است که با ورود دفاتر تسهیلگری به محلات اقداماتی برای بهبود اوضاع اقتصادی همه محلات با همکاری ادارات و نیز نهادهای غیر دولتی انجام گرفته است که تا حدودی باعث بهبود اوضاع اقتصادی این محلات شده است. از جمله شروع به کار خانه‌های مهارت، افتتاح کارگاه سوزن دوزی در محله اسلام آباد و نیز افتتاح کارگاه جمع‌آوری ضایعات برای افراد بهبود یافته از مواد مخدر در محله حسین آباد زابل اشاره کرد.

community-oriented facilitation as a process and as a tool in promoting participation anddemocratic governance in economic fields. in this approach, people's participation andpresence is a strategy for empowering them and this empowerment will solve problemscompletely. with this point of view, the aim of the above article is the role of facilitatingcommunity-oriented processes in the economic empowerment of peri-urban areas of zabolthe research method in the current research is developmental in terms of practical purposeand descriptive-analytical in nature. the method of collecting the required information isdocumentary and survey type the statistical population of this research is the households livingin the five suburbs of the city (9244 households). then, according to the number of householdsin the above neighborhoods, 369 households were obtained as the sample size using cochran'sformula at a confidence level of 95%. one-sample t-test and anova were used to analyzethe data. the results show that the highest average in the economic component among theneighborhoods is masum abad neighborhood with an average of 3.33 and the lowest averageis assigned to hossein abad neighborhood with an average of 3.16. next, the averagefacilitation of community-oriented processes in the economic dimension was compared. theresults show that there is no economic difference between the suburbs of zabol. according tothe findings of the research and the discussion with the economic expert of the facilitationoffices, it was found that one of the main reasons for the lack of economic difference betweenthe five neighborhoods is that with the arrival of the facilitation offices in the neighborhoods,measures were taken to improve the economic situation of all the neighborhoods with thecooperation of the administrations and non-governmental organizations. it has been done,which has improved the economic situation of these neighborhoods to some extent. amongother things, he pointed out the start of skill houses, the opening of a needlework workshop inthe neighborhood of islamabad, and the opening of a waste collection workshop for peoplerecovered from drugs in the neighborhood of hossein abad, zabol.
