چکیده
|
هدف تحقیق حاضر ارزیابی عوامل موثر بر شکلگیری و توسعه گردشگری تجاری در سکونتگاههای روستایی منطقه تجاری دهشیخ سیگار در شهرستان لامرد است. این تحقیق به روش توصیفی تحلیلی، جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل دو گروه میباشد: گروه اول شامل تمامی روستاییان ساکن در 13 روستای منطقه تجاری دهشیخ سیگار در شهرستان لامرد است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران با سطح خطای 0.06، تعداد 235 خانوار به عنوان خانوارهای نمونه براورد و به روش تصادفی مورد پرسشگری قرار گرفتند. گروه دوم شامل 25 نفر از اساتید، خبرگان محلی و کارشناسان سازمانهای مرتبط با گردشگری میباشد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، از نرمافزارهای، anp، mabac، dematel ، arc gis و آزمون t تک نمونهای در نرمافزار spss استفاده گردیده است. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که در تمامی متغیرهای تحقیق (اقتصادی 3.46، محیطی 3.36، برنامهریزی مدیریتی 3.33، اجتماعی فرهنگی 3.25، زیرساختی رفاهی 3.19 و تبلیغات، بازاریابی و اطلاعرسانی 3.11) میزان اثرگذاری عوامل موثر بر شکلگیری و توسعه گردشگری تجاری در منطقه تجاری دهشیخ سیگار شهرستان لامرد بالاتر از میانهی نظری (3) است. علاوه براین، معیارهای تبلیغات، بازاریابی و اطلاعرسانی و اقتصادی به ترتیب با وزن نرمال 0.304 و 0.261 دارای بیشترین تاثیر در توسعه و شکلگیری گردشگری تجاری در منطقه مورد مطالعه میباشند. در نهایت نتایج حاصل از تکنیک mabac، نشان داد که، عوامل موثر بر شکلگیری و توسعه گردشگری تجاری در روستاهای سیگار، دهشیخ و کرهمچی دارای بیشترین تاثیر، در روستای چاهشیخ، چاه نودهشیخ، کاکلی و جری دارای عملکرد متوسط و در سایر روستاها از عملکرد ضعیفی برخوردار میباشند.

Abstract

This research is descriptiveanalytical. The statistical population of the present study includes two groups: The first group includes all villagers living in 13 villages of DehshikhSigar commercial area in Lamerd county. Using Cochran’s formula with 0.6 error level, 235 households were estimated as sample households and were randomly surveyed. The second group includes 25 professors, local experts and experts from tourismrelated organizations. To analyze the data, software, ANP, MABAC, DEMATEL, Arc GIS and singlesample T test were used in SPSS software. The research findings confirm that: in all research variables (economic 3.46, environmental 36.3, planningmanagement 33.3, sociocultural 3.25, infrastructurewelfare 3.19 and advertising, marketing And Information 3.11) The impact of factors affecting the formation and development of commercial tourism in the DehshikhSigar commercial area, Lamerd city is higher than the theoretical average (3). Also, the results of pairwise comparison of factors affecting the formation and development of commercial tourism using the ANP method, according to experts, showed that the criteria of advertising, marketing and information, and economics with normal weight of 0.304 and 0.261 have the greatest impact information And the development of commercial tourism in the study area.
