بررسی راهبردهای تاثیرات متقابل معدن چادرملو بر سکونتگاه‌های پیرامون (مطالعه موردی شهرستان بهاباد)

توسعه معدنی صنعتی در ایران مرکزی به‌مثابه قوه محرکه توسعه و رشد همه‌جانبه بخش‌های اقتصاد منطقه‌ای و ملی از سال‌های گذشته برگزیده شده است؛ درحالی که در گام‌های نخستین به ویژگی‌های محیط شکننده و آسیب‌پذیر این منطقه کمتر توجه شد و آینده‌نگری  ارزیابی اثرات این الگوی توسعه و پروژه‌ها به مسئله‌ای مغفول بدل شد. در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از روش‌های برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی، به‌دنبال جست‌وجوی راهبردهای متناسب برای کاهش اثرات منفی این الگوی توسعه و پروژه‌ها می‌باشد. این پژوهش از منظر ماهیت در رده پژوهش‌های کاربردی و توسعه‌ای و از منظر روش در رده پژوهش‌های توصیفی تحلیلی قرار دارد که با استفاده از مدل swot و qspm به برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی اثرات مجتمع چادرملو بر سکونتگاه‌های شهرستان بهاباد مبادرت نموده است. نتایج حاصله نشان می‌دهد از منظر برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی، محدوده پژوهش در موقعیت تهاجمی قرار دارد. در این موقعیت با اجرای راهبردهای متناسب باید کوشش شود با استفاده از نقاط قوت از فرصت‌های خارجی بهره‌برداری کند. در همین راستا راهبرد مناسب در زمینه توسعه پایدار در منطقه، بهره‌گیری از طرح‌های اشتغال‌زا و استفاده از توان و پتانسیل مجتمع چادرملو با تکیه بر نیروهای بومی و افراد آسیب‌دیده بر اثر خشکسالی می‌باشد که در کنار راهبردهای مکمل و تکمیلی می‌تواند توسعه‌ای مناسب را در پی داشته باشد.

Strategic Planning to Assess the Impacts of Chadormalloo Mine on the Settlements of Bahabad County

Since long, mineralindustrial development in central Iran has been considered as a driving force for the development of the regional and national economic sectors in the country. Previously, little attention was paid to the fragile and vulnerable environment of mines, and the prospective effects of the development of those environments were ignored. In this regard, the present study uses strategic planning methods to look for appropriate strategies to reduce the negative impacts of the developmental plans and projects in minerich regions. The research is applied from the perspective of nature and descriptiveanalytical from the perspective of the method. Using SWOT and QSPM models, strategic planning is performed of the effects of Chadormalloo mine on the settlements of the city of Bahabad. In terms of strategic planning, the study area is in an offensive position. In this situation, through appropriate strategies for sustainable development, efforts should be made to exploit the opportunities and strengths of the region. In this case, plans can be implemented for the employment of the indigenous droughtaffected people along with complementary strategies for the utilization of the potentials of Chadormalloo mineral complex.
