تحلیل علی هم‌افزایی دانش در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان با رویکرد تلفیقی مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری و معادلات ساختاری (مورد مطالعه: پارک علم و فناوری یزد)

امروزه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان می‌توانند با هم‌افزایی دانش در مراحل ادغام و اکتساب دانش، قابلیت‌های پویا را در خود ایجاد و تقویت نمایند. از این‌رو هدف از انجام این پژوهش تحلیل و بررسی عوامل اثرگذار بر هم‌افزایی دانش در شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان پارک علم و فناوری یزد است. به منظور انجام پژوهش در ابتدا عوامل تاثیرگذار بر شکل‌گیری هم‌افزایی دانش در درون شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان شناسایی گردید. در ادامه با استفاده از رویکرد مدل‌سازی ساختاری تفسیری، عوامل شناسایی‌شده ساختاربندی شدند. به منظور اعتبارسنجی مدل مفهومی تحقیق، از رویکرد معادلات ساختاری و از نرم‌افزار smartpls3 استفاده گردید جامعه آماری این پژوهش را متخصصین، خبرگان و کارکنان شرکت‌های دانش بنیان در پارک علم و فناوری یزد تشکیل داده‌اند. روش نمونه‌گیری در این پژوهش در بخش معادلات ساختاری، روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس بوده است. در این پژوهش در بخش معادلات ساختاری، تعداد 186 پرسشنامه تکمیل و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. در سطح ششم و آغازین مدل، عامل زمینه‌های محیطی، در سطح پنجم عامل رهبری مدیریت و در سطح چهارم عامل فرهنگ سازمانی قرار گرفته‌اند. در سطح سوم مدل عوامل منابع، چشم‌انداز و استراتژی و سرمایه اجتماعی جای گرفته‌اند. در سطح دوم عوامل آموزش و تعهد کارمندان و نهایتاً در سطح پایانی عامل فناوری اطلاعات قرار گرفته‌اند. زمینه‌های دیگر نتایج این پژوهش می توان به تاثیر آموزش و تعهد کارکنان شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان پارک علم و فناوری یزد بر فناوری اطلاعات اشاره کرد.

causal analysis of knowledge synergy in knowledge based companies with the integrated approach of interpretive structural modeling and structural equations (study case: yazd science and technology park)

abilities by synergizing knowledge in the stages of integration and knowledge acquisition. therefore, the aim of this study is to analyze and investigate the factors affecting knowledge synergies in the science and technology park of yazd's knowledge based companies. to conduct this research, the influential factors in the formation of knowledge synergies within knowledge based companies were initially examined. then, using the interpretive structural modeling approach, the identified factors were structured. to validate the conceptual model of the research, the structural equation modeling approach and smartpls3 software were used, and the statistical population of this research consisted of experts, specialists, and employees of knowledge based companies in the yazd science and technology park. the sampling method in the structural equation section of this research was an available sampling method. in this study, 186 questionnaires were completed and analyzed at the sixth and initial level of the model, the environmental background factor was placed, at the fifth level, the management leadership factor, and at the fourth level, the organizational culture factor. at the third level, the factors of resources, vision and strategy, and social capital were considered. at the second level, the factors of training and employee commitment, and finally, at the final level, the information technology factor were placed. among the other findings of this research, it can be mentioned that the training and employee commitment of knowledge based companies in the yazd science and technology park have an impact on information technology.
