هنجاریابی پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش سبز در کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران

هدف از انجام این پژوهش هنجاریابی پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش سبز در کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. روش پژوهش پیمایشی و از نوع معادلات ساختاری بوده که به صورت میدانی به اجرا در آمده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان (320=n) تشکیل دادند که از بین آنها تعداد 273 پرسشنامه به شکل نمونه‌گیری در دسترس جمع آوری شد. به منظور جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه مدیریت دانش سبز ساخته سیمینگ و همکاران (2022) که مشتمل بر 26 سوال بود استفاده گردید. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص های توصیفی و آزمون های آماری ضریب آلفای کرونباخ، ضریب امگا مک‌دونالد، ضریب تتا، تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی و تحلیل عاملی تاییدی در نرم افزارهای آماری spss، lisrel و stata استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد پایایی پرسشنامه α=0.958, ω=0.971, θ=0.983 می‌باشد. در خصوص روایی سازه و بر اساس میزان روابط و سطح معناداری، تمامی سوالات رابطه معناداری با مولفه ها داشتند و توانستند پیشگوی خوبی برای عامل خود باشند. شاخص های نسبت x^2 به df برابر با 2.58 و (rmsea) که برابر با 0.075 بود، بنابراین مدل از برازش لازم برخوردار است. همچنین شاخص‌هایnfi=0.95, cfi=0.95, gfi=0.91, agfi=0.90 و ifi=0.96 برازش مدل را تایید کردند. در خصوص روابط مولفه ها با مفهوم مدیریت دانش سبز نتایج نشان داد که مولفه‌های ایجاد دانش، کسب دانش، ذخیره دانش، اشتراک دانش و کاربرد دانش توانستند پیشگوی خوبی برای مفهوم مورد نظر باشند و لذا تاثیر معنادار بر دانش محیط زیستی کارشناسان دارند.

standardization of the green knowledge management questionnaire among the experts of the ministry of sports and youth of the islamic republic of iran

the aim of this research is to standardize the green knowledge management questionnaire among the experts of the ministry of sports and youth of the islamic republic of iran. the survey research method is of the structural equation type, which was implemented in the field. the statistical population of this research was formed by the experts of the ministry of sports and youth (n=320), from whom 273 questionnaires were collected in the form of available sampling. in order to collect data, the green knowledge management questionnaire made by siming et al. (2022) was used, which consisted of 26 questions. in order to analyze the data, descriptive indices and statistical tests of cronbach's alpha coefficient, mcdonald's omega coefficient, theta coefficient, exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis were used in spss, lisrel and stata statistical software. the results showed the reliability of the questionnaire (α=0.958, ω=0.971, θ=0.983). regarding construct validity and based on the amount of relationships and significance level, all the questions had a significant relationship with the components and were able to be a good predictor for their factor. the ratios of x2 to df are equal to 2.58 and (rmsea) which is equal to 0.075, so the model has the necessary fit. also, the indices of nfi=0.95, cfi=0.95, gfi=0.91, agfi=0.90 and ifi=0.96 confirmed the fit of the model. regarding the relationships of the components with the concept of green knowledge management, the results showed that the components of knowledge creation, knowledge acquisition, knowledge storage, knowledge sharing and knowledge application were able to be good predictors for the desired concept and therefore have a significant impact on experts' environmental knowledge.
