چالش های پیاده سازی مدیریت دانش در سازمان های ایرانی، یافته ای مبتنی بر فرا ترکیب

درک اینکه چه موانعی در مسیر استقرار مدیریت دانش وجود دارند ضروری است، علیرغم اهمیت این موضوع تا کنون مطالعه جامعی بدین منظور انجام‌ نشده است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق شناسایی و دسته‌بندی چالش‌های پیش‌روی سازمان‌های ایرانی جهت پیاده‌سازی مدیریت دانش بر اساس مطالعه پژوهش‌های پیشین بین سال‌های 1390 تا 1400 به روش فراترکیب است. در پژوهش حاضر از روش 7 مرحله‌ای فراترکیب سندلوسکی و باروسو استفاده شده است. بدین منظور به جست‌وجو، بررسی و شناسایی پژوهش‌های مرتبط با موضوع از طریق سامانه جستجوی کتابخانه‌ای در وبگاه‌هایی چون جهاد دانشگاهی (sid)، مرکز پژوهش‌های علوم رایانه‌ای اسلامی (noorsoft)، مقالات علمی فراهمایی‌های کشور (civilica)، پایگاه نشریات کشور (magiran) و علم نت (elmnet) پرداخته شد و 188 مقاله مرتبط استخراج گردید، سپس بر اساس عنوان، چکیده و متن پژوهش‌های مرتبط به اولویت‌بندی و حذف موارد ناخواسته و یا کمتر مرتبط پرداخته شد و در آخر 31 مقاله نهایی انتخاب گردید. شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها بر اساس کد گذاری باز است و نتایج تحقیق شامل 59 کد (چالش) ذیل 4 مولفه اصلی: عوامل مدیریتی و ساختاری (28 کد)، عوامل اجرایی (17 کد)، عوامل فرهنگی (10 کد) و عوامل فناوری و زیرساختی (4 کد) دسته‌بندی گردیدند.

Challenges to Implementing Knowledge Management in Iranian Organizations: A Finding Based on Ultra combination Method

Understanding what obstacles are in the direction of knowledge management is essential, despite the importance of this issue, a comprehensive study has not been conducted so far. The purpose of this study is to identify and categorize the challenges facing Iranian organizations for implementing knowledge management based on the study of previous research between 2011 to 2021 by ultra combination Method. In the present study, the 7step method of Sandluski and Baruosu has been used. For this purpose, searching, and identifying research related research through the library search system on websites such as Academic Jihad, Islamic Computer Science Research Center, Scientific Articles of Country Provision, Iranian Magazines, and Net Science were studied, and 188 relevant articles were then extracted, then Based on the title, abstract and text of related research, prioritization and elimination of unwanted or less related cases were discussed and finally 31 final articles were selected. The data analysis method is based on open coding and the results of the study include 59 codes (challenge) below 4 main components: managerial and structural factors (28 codes), executive factors (17 code), cultural factors (10 codes) and technology and infrastructure factors (4 code) were categorized.
