عوامل رفتاری موثر بر اشتراک‌دانش: مرور نظام‌مند یک دهه پژوهش در دو پایگاه‌ اطلاعاتی فارسی

هدف: شناسایی عامل رفتاری موثر بر اشتراک دانش در مطالعات پیشین منتشر شده در دو پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و پورتال جامع علوم انسانی از طریق مرور نظام‌مند است.روش‌شناسی: در این مطالعه از روش نظام‌مند به عنوان روش پژوهش استفاده شد.به­منظور بررسی فرایند پژوهش از چارچوب آرکسی و اومالی (2005) به عنوان راهنمای اصلی استفاده شد. علت انتخاب این چارچوب این است که مراحل تحلیل بر پایه موثرترین روش‌ها و در عین حال از دستورالعمل ساده‌ای برخوردار است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، 450 مقاله از هر دو پایگاه مرکز اطلاعات علمی جهاد دانشگاهی و پورتال جامع علوم انسانی که پس از غربالگری، تعداد 42 مقاله که با هدف پژوهش مطابقت داشت به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد بیشترین تعداد مقالات منتشر شده در خصوص تاثیر عوامل رفتاری بر  اشتراک دانش مربوط به نیمه دوم دهه 90 شمسی بود. در رابطه با سهم حوزه‌های مختلف در انتشار مقالات مربوط به تاثیر عوامل رفتاری بر اشتراک دانش در مجلات حوزه علوم مدیریت، حوزه علم اطلاعات و دانش‌شناسی و حوزه آموزش و پرورش دارای بیشترین مقالات منتشر شده بودند. از نظر استفاده از نوع رویکرد پژوهشی، روش کمی با بیشترین نوع روش پژوهش با تعداد 37 مقاله بود. همچنین جامعه‌های آماری مقالات مورد بررسی ابتدا کارکنان، اعضای هیات علمی و دانشجویان و معلمان به ترتیب رتبه اول تا سوم را به خود اختصاص دادند. در­نهایت متغیرهای مورد استفاده در مقالات منتشر شده به سه محور اصلی شامل شناختی، روانی و فردی – اجتماعی تقسیم‌بندی شد.نتیجه‌گیری: به طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش حاکی از آن است که عوامل مختلفی بر اشتراک دانش موثر است. عوامل رفتاری یکی از این عوامل است که در سه بُعد روانشناختی، روانی و فردی اجتماعی نقش مهمی در شکل‌گیری اشتراک دانش افراد را دارد. همچنین پرداختن به عوامل موثر بر اشتراک دانش با رویکرد مرور نظام‌مند علاوه بر تقویت پژوهش‌ها می‌تواند کاستی‌هایی که در مقالات پیشین وجود دارند را شناسایی نماید تا در این راستا، اقدامات لازم در جهت برطرف کردن آن‌ها صورت گیرد.

The Behavioral Factors Affecting knowledge Sharing: A Systematic Review of One Decade of Research in Persian Databases

Background and aims: To identify the behavioral factors affecting the knowledge sharing behavior published in the Jihad University Scientific Information Center and the Comprehensive Humanities Portal databases, through systematic review.Materials and methods: In the present study, a systematic method was used as the research method. In order to study the research process, the framework of Arksey and O’malley (2005) was used as the main framework. The reason for making this choice is that in the mentioned framework, the stages of analysis are based on the most effective methods that at the same time have simple instructions. The statistical population of the study was equal to 450 articles from both databases. After the initial screening, 42 articles that corresponded to the purpose of the study were selected as the sample size.Results: The findings revealed that a large number of published articles on the behavioral factors on knowledge sharing are related to the second half of the 20102020. Regarding the contribution of different fields in publishing articles related to behavioral factors on knowledge sharing, most of the published articles were in the journals of management sciences, information science, knowledgelogy, and education. In terms of using the type of research approach, the quantitative method was the most common type of research method with 37 articles. Also, the statistical populations of the studied articles ranked the staff, faculty members, students and teachers in the first to third ranks, respectively. Finally, the variables used in the published articles were divided into three main axes, namely cognitive, psychological and individualsocial axes.Conclusion: In general, the results of this study indicate that various factors affect knowledge sharing. Behavioral factors are one of these factors that play an important role in the formation of knowledge sharing in cognitive, psychological, and individualsocial dimensions. Also, addressing the factors affecting knowledge sharing with a systematic review approach, in addition to strengthening research, can identify the shortcomings that exist in previous articles so that in this regard, the necessary measures can be taken to address them.
