تحلیل روندهای محلی و جهانی ممیزی دانش در پایگاه استنادی کلریویت آنالیتیکس

برای ارزیابی فرایندهای مدیریت دانش به منظور مطابقت دادن آنها با اهداف سازمان ها ممیزی دانش ضروری است و تحلیل روندهای آن در سطح محلی و جهانی به شناسایی خلاءهای موجود در این زمینه کمک خواهد کرد. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و با روش تحلیلی توصیفی و علم سنجی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش 84 مقاله ممیزی دانش منتشرشده در پایگاه استنادی clarivate analytics  (پایگاه استنادی مجلات معتبر isi web of science سابق) است. ابزار گردآوری دادها فهرست کنترل و یادداشت برداری و روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و ترسیم نقشه های هم استنادی با استفاده از نرم افزارهای hiscite, vosviewer، pajek و excel بوده است. یافته ها نشان داد که روند انتشار مقاله های ممیزی دانش در نوسان بوده و بیشترین گرایش موضوعات آنها مربوط به کسب و کار مالی، مدیریت، علم اطلاعات و کتابداری و پزشکی عمومی داخلی است و تعداد استنادهای محلی کشورها، سازمانها، نویسندگان، مجله ها و موضوعات نسبت به استنادهای جهانی شان بسیار پایین است. هم چنین یافته ها نشان داد که زبان اکثر مقاله ها انگلیسی است و کشورهای امریکا، انگلیس و کانادا بیشترین انتشار مقاله و استناد محلی و جهانی را داشته اند و دانشگاه های کولرادو، آلاباما، واترلو و کورنل و نیز مجله های بررسی و نقد حسابداری و ممیزی در نظر و عمل به ترتیب بیشترین استنادهای محلی و جهانی را داشته اند و نقشه هم‏رخدادی واژگان این حوزه نیز منسجم نیست. علاوه بر این در میان نویسندگان بونر، لیبی، دزورت و سالتریو بیشترین استنادهای محلی و جهانی را داشته اند و شبکه مرکزیت درجه، نزدیکی و بینابینی نویسندگان از وضعیت مطلوبی برخوردار نیست. نتایج نشان داد که میزان استنادهای محلی مقاله های ممیزی دانش مطلوب نیست و برای بهبود وضعیت آن باید برنامه‏ ریزی ها و سیاستگذاری های لازم صورت پذیرد.

An Analysis of Local and Global Trends of the Knowledge Auditing in the Citation Analysis Database of Clarivate Analytics

Knowledge auditing is essential for assessing knowledge management processes and adapting them with the organizational goals. On the other hand, analyzing the process of KM at local and global levels helps to identify the gaps in this field. This is an applied research which follows descriptiveanalytical and scientometric methods. The statistical population of this research includes 84 ISI qualified articles of knowledge auditing in the Clarivate Analytics citation database. Data collection tools included checklists and annotation lists, and data analysis cocitation maps were performed by HisCite, VOS viewer, Pajek and Excel software. Findings showed that the publication trends of the knowledge auditing articles has fluctuated through time, and the most frequent article topics related to business finance, management, library and information science, and general and internal medicine. The number of local citations of countries, organizations, authors, journals and topics is very low compared to global citations. Findings also showed that most articles were published in English, and that the United States, England and Canada had the most publication of local and global citations. Universities of Colorado, Alabama, Waterloo and Cornell, and the Journals of Practice and Theory, Accounting Review and Auditing had the most local and global citations respectively.  Cooccurrence maps of the keywords of this area are not coherent. Moreover, among the authors, Bonner, Libby, DeZoort and Salterio composed the most frequently cited at local and global fields. Centrality networks, and close relationship among the authors were not at an acceptable level requiring better planning and policy making.
