تحلیل نحوه گذار به فناوری‌های نوین مدیریت ثروت در ایران

ولث‌تک یا فناوری مالی مدیریت ثروت به سرمایه‌گذاران کمک می‌کند تا درباره زمان و نحوه سرمایه‌گذاری تصمیم بهتری بگیرند و بدنبال متمایل ساختن پس‌اندازها و سرمایه‌گذاری‌ها به سوی بازار سرمایه و ایجاد تعادل میان بازار پول و سرمایه است. این مطالعه گذار ولث‌تک ایران را بررسی می‌کند. گذار به فرایند ایجاد و جایگزینی یک فناوری جدید و پذیرش آن از سوی اجتماع اشاره دارد. برای تحلیل گذار با کمک چارچوب تحلیلی دیدگاه چند سطحی، تعاملات بازیگران و نهادها با فناوری در سطوح مختلف تحلیل شده است. نحوه گذار به ولث‌تک با روش تحقیق کیفی و مبتنی بر روایت‌پژوهی بررسی شده‌است و داده‌ها از طریق مطالعه آیین‌نامه‌ها و اسناد سیاستی و همچنین مصاحبه‌ها و گزارش‌های مطبوعاتی، منتشر شده در رسانه‌های فین‌تکی جمع‌آوری شده‌است. 252 گزارش بررسی شد که از میان آنها 118 مورد مربوط بودند و طی آن نظرات 36 خبره مورد بررسی و تحلیل قرار گرفت. با بررسی‌های انجام شده کارکردهای نظام مالی مدیریت ثروت شناسایی شد و با تحلیل رفتار بازیگرانِ اجرا کننده‌ی کارکردها در برابر تحولات فناورانه و تغییرات نهادی، مسیر گذار ولث‌تک از نوع بازپیکربندی تعیین شد. مسیر بازپیکربندی از الگوی سرریز نوآوری پیروی می‌کند و با تغییر معماری رژیم همراه است. در پایان پیشنهاد شد همزمان با فراهم‌سازی شرایط برای ارائه خدمات نوآورانه، انتشار عمومی اطلاعات و آگاهی‌بخشی به شهروندان نیز پیگیری شود تا با تقویت همزمان طرف عرضه و تقاضا گذار بهینه به ولث‌تک تسریع و تسهیل شود.

analysis of the transition to new technologies in wealth management in iran

wealthtech or financialtechnology of wealth management helps investors to make better decisions about when and how to invest; and seeks to shift savings and investments to the capital market and balanced the money and capital markets. this study examines the transition of wealthtech in iran. transition refers to the process of creating and replacing a new technology and its acceptance by the community. for the analysis of the transition, the multilevel perspective analytical framework was used and the interactions of actors and institutions with technology at different levels are analyzed. the transition to wealthtech has been studied through a qualitative and narrative research method, and data have been collected through the study of regulations and policy documents, as well as press interviews and press reports published in fintech media. 252 reports were reviewed, of which 118 reports were related to the discussion and the opinions of 36 experts were analyzed. with the studies, the functions of the financial system of wealth management were identified. by analyzing the behavior of actors who performing the functions against technological developments and institutional changes, the typology of the transition was determined as reconfiguration path. the reconfiguration path follows the innovation overflow pattern and caused changing the architecture of the regime. in the end, the public release of information and informing to citizens should also be followed simultaneously with the provision of conditions for providing innovative services. through the simultaneous reinforcement of the supply side and the demand side, the optimal transition will be possible.
