ارزیابی قلمرو فعالیت شرکت‌های حوزه نفت و گاز بر شاخص‌های کلان آمادگی پذیرش فناوری بلاکچین

تغییر و تحول ناشی از بلاکچین نیازمند آمادگی است و این آمادگی می‌تواند شرایط پذیرش و پیاده‌سازی بلاکچین را تسهیل نماید. فناوری بلاکچین در حوزه­های متنوعی کاربرد دارد و بدون بررسی آمادگی بخش­های مختلف یک صنعت برای استقبال از بلاکچین، نمی­توان انتظار داشت که صنعت، پاسخ خوب یا مناسبی از اجرای طرح‌های بلاکچین بگیرد. آمادگی پذیرش شامل مجموعه­ای از معیارهای سازمانی و مدیریتی است. از همین رو مسئله اصلی پژوهش حاضر چنین مطرح شد که چه چارچوبی برای آمادگی حوزه‌های مختلف برای پذیرش بلاکچین می‌توان طراحی نمود تا بر اساس آن فعالیت شرکت‌ها در نفت و گاز مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد؟ در این پژوهش بررسی مفهوم بلاکچین و استخراج چارچوبی برای سنجش آمادگی برای پذیرش بلاکچین پرداخته شده است. سپس حوزه فعالیت شرکت‌ها در بخش نفت و گاز شناسایی شدند و این حوزه‌ها بر اساس شاخص‌های آمادگی پذیرش بلاکچین مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. روش پژوهش کاربردی و توصیفی بوده و از نظرات 15 نفر از خبرگان برای مقایسات زوجی و ارزیابی آمادگی حوزه‌های فعالیت شرکت‌ها در بخش نفت و گاز استفاده شده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده، حوزه تجارت انرژی در سطح فروش به سایر شرکت‌های همکار دارای بیشترین آمادگی برای پذیرش بلاکچین است. پس از آن تجارت انرژی در سطح فروش به مشتری در جایگاه دوم قرار دارد. در جایگاه سوم نیز توسعه و طراحی برنامه‌های کاربردی در حوزه انرژی مبتنی بر خدمات بلاکچین جای دارد.

Assessment of the Scope of oil and Gas Companies' Activities based on their Readiness to Accept Blockchain Technology

Changing caused by blockchain requires preparation, and this preparation can facilitate the conditions for acceptance and implementation of blockchain. Without examining the readiness of the industry to embrace blockchain, cannot expect the various areas of activity in the energy industry to receive a good or appropriate response from the implementation of blockchain schemes. Therefore, the main question of this study was to determine what framework could be devised for preparing different domains for acceptance of blockchain in order to evaluate the activity of oil and gas companies? This study investigates the concept of blockchain and derives a framework for measuring readiness for blockchain acceptance. Then the field of activity of the companies in the oil and gas sector was identified and these areas were evaluated on the basis of blockchain readiness indicators. The research method is descriptive and applied and the opinions of 15 experts were used for pairwise comparisons and assessing the readiness of companies in the oil and gas sector. Based on the results, the energy trading area at the level of sales to other partner companies is most likely to accept blockchain. After that, the energy trade comes second in sales to the customer. In third place is the development and design of applications in the field of blockchainbased energy services.
