چکیده
|
عرصه های مختلف دیجیتال، در حال برنامه ریزی و سرمایه گذاری هستند و ارزیابی آمادگی الکترونیکی برای سنجش میزان موفقیت آن‌ها از سازمان ها در زمینه ورود به اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. در این تحقیق محقق قصد دارد، پس از بررسی عوامل موثر بر آمادگی الکترونیکی، با استفاده از روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری به تبیین آمادگی الکترونیکی در صنعت دارویی بپردازد. با بررسی های صورت گرفته از مرور ادبیات تحقیق به روش تطبیقی و همچنین نظرات خبرگان (17 نفر)، شش دسته عوامل موثر در سنجش آمادگی الکترونیکی شناسایی شده و سپس با استفاده از روش مدل سازی ساختاری تفسیری در سه سطح، قرار گرفتند. در ادامه پس از مشخص شدن سطوح هر کدام از عوامل و همچنین با در نظر گرفتن ماتریس در دسترس‌پذیری نهایی، مدل نهایی ساختار تفسیری ترسیم گردید. نتایج نشان داد عامل‌هایی همچون زیرساخت و دسترسی، منابع انسانی و ساختار سازمانی در ارتباط با موضوع سنجش آمادگی الکترونیکی در صنعت دارویی از اثرگذاری بیشتری نسبت به بقیه عوامل برخوردارند.

Abstract
|
Organizations are planning and investing in entering different digital fields, and thus ereadiness assessment to measure their success is important. In this study, we investigate the causes of ereadiness based on different point of views using interpretative structural modeling to explain the ereadiness of the medical Industry. Based on a comprehensive literature review and also collecting the opinions of experts (17 experts) six factors were identified to explain the ereadiness in the medical Industry. Then, using interpretation structural model factors were graded in three levels. After determining the levels of each factors and taking into account the availability of the final matrix, the final interpretation model was achieved. The obtained results show that factors such as Infrastructure and access, human resources, and organizational structure in relation to ereadiness assessment are more effective than the other factors in the medical Industry. The results of this research suggest the managers of pharmaceutical industry that for moving toward the digital world important factors should be identified and factors with low level of performance require special attention.
