تحلیل رابطه ی اعتماد و اثربخشی در تیم های مجازی با تاکید بر نقش تسهیم دانش

یکی از دستاوردهای سودمند فناوری اطلاعات در سازمان ها تیم های مجازی است. با بهره گیری از it تیم های مجازی سرعت زیادی به عملیات سازمان بخشیده اند. یکی از مسایل مهمی که تیم های مجازی با آن روبه رو هستند،اعتماد است. هدف این پژوهش بررسی رابطه ی اعتماد و اثربخشی تیم های مجازی با تاکید بر نقش تسهیم دانش است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق تیم های مجازی موسسه ی فرهنگی تبیان وابسته به سازمان تبلیغات اسلامی است. تعداد40 تیم مجازی مشتمل بر 200 نفر کارمند به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب و گردآوری داده ها به وسیله ی پرسشنامه انجام شده است. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از طریق تحلیل مسیر و با استفاده از نرم افزار ایموس صورت گرفته است. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان می دهد در شرایطی که متغیر تسهیم دانش در وضعیت مطلوبی قرار داشته باشد، تاثیر مولفه های اعتماد بر اثربخشی تیم های مجازی افزایش پیدا می کند.

Analysis of the Relationship between Trust and Effectiveness in VirtualTeams with Emphasis on the Role of Knowledge Sharing

One of the positive achievements of information technology in organizations is virtual teams. By taking advantage of IT,virtual teams have greatly facilitated organizational operations. One of the important issues that virtual teams are faced with is trust. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between trust and effectiveness of virtual teams with emphasis on the role of knowledge sharing. The population of this research is virtual teams working in Tebyan Cultural Institute of Islamic Propaganda Organization. The number of 40 virtual teams comprising 200 employees were selected randomly and data was collected by a questionnaire. Analysis of data through path analysis was performed using Amos software. Path analysis reveals that when knowledge sharing was in appropriate condition, the effect of trust component on the effectiveness of virtual teams would be increased.
