شناسایی تعارض منافع ساکنین و گردشگران در مسیرهای گردشگری بافت‌های تاریخی (نمونه موردی: گذر صدر تبریز)

بیان مسئله: رهاشدگی، افول پویایی و افت حیات در بافت‌های شهری- تاریخی و مسکونی از مسائلی هستند که همواره حضور گردشگران شهری به عنوان راه‌حلی برای رفع آنها یاد می‌شود. اهداف، اولویت‌ها و خواسته‌های متفاوت میان دو قشر ساکنین و گردشگران و بروز مشکلات و وجود مزایای متفاوت برای هر یک از طرفین، می‌تواند منجر به بروز تضادها و تعارض‌ منافع مابین آنها شود. ازاین‌رو با توجه به ضرورت توجه به خواسته‌های ساکنین و نیز نیازهای گردشگران، تعارض منافع این دو قشر در محدوده‌ی گذر تاریخی صدر شهر تبریز مورد شناسایی قرار می‌گیرد.هدف: در این پژوهش، هدف درک صحیحی از سازوکار تعارض منافع ساکنین و گردشگران و دستیابی به اهداف هم‌راستا بین نیازهای گردشگران و ساکنان و کاربست آن در طرح‌های بازآفرینی و توسعه گردشگری از منظر کالبدی است.روش: روش پژوهش ترکیبی بوده و با راهبرد پس‌کاوی انجام یافته است. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات به صورت تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss ver 22 صورت گرفته است.یافته‌ها: عوامل شناسایی شده شامل چهار مورد بودند؛ عامل اول شامل حضور گردشگران و شادابی و نشاط محله، استقبال از گردشگران و پذیرش آن‌ها، کاهش هزینه‌های گردشگران، کاربری‌های ویژه تفریحی گردشگری، شلوغی معبر به منظور افزایش امنیت گردشگران؛ عامل دوم شامل مراکز اقامتی گردشگری، زیرساخت‌های گردشگری، کسب‌وکارهای گردشگری، تنوع و دامنه‌ی فعالیت‌ها و آزادی انتخاب گردشگران در انتخاب فعالیت‌ها؛ عامل سوم شامل دید و منظرهای مناسب، راحتی تردد پیاده و دوچرخه، دسترسی به حمل‌ونقل عمومی، بهداشت محیطی و فضای سبز؛ و عامل چهارم شامل باززنده‌سازی مراسمات ملی و مذهبی.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج نشان می‌دهد که تعارض منافعی بین ساکنان و گردشگران در گذر تاریخی صدر وجود ندارد و ساکنان و گردشگران در یک نظام متعادل از منافع با جذب امکانات متنوع و متفاوت، ضمن ایجاد بستری مناسب می‌توانند موجب ایجاد تعادل منافع در این گذر تاریخی شوند.

introduction: urban-historical textures are not only significant for their aesthetic dimensions and historical attractions but also play a crucial role in the living and working environments of a substantial portion of the urban population. to prevent neglect, decline, and the loss of vibrancy in these areas, it is essential to continuouslyengage in protective activities that preserve the cultural and historical elements ofthese urban textures.one proposed strategy is to enhance the environmentalcapabilities of these areas to benefit both residents and tourists. this approach cangenerate income and improve the economic conditions of the locality, while alsoeffectively managing historical textures and advancing urban programs aimed atpreserving historical monuments, enhancing cultural identity, improving quality oflife, and revitalizing social life in cities.however, for tourism to serve as a viableeconomic stimulus, it is crucial to safeguard the interests of both tourists andresidents, particularly in residential areas, which are among the most significanturban textures. in this context, addressing the needs and priorities of residentsshould take precedence over other sectors to ensure a harmonious coexistence andsustainable development.methodology: the research methodology employed a combination of qualitativeand exploratory strategies to comprehensively investigate the topic. data analysiswas performed using exploratory factor analysis, facilitated by spss version 22software. this approach allowed for the identification of underlying relationshipsamong variables and contributed to a deeper understanding of the factorsinfluencing the dynamics between residents and tourists in the context of urbanhistoricaltextures.results: the identified factors include four main aspects: the first factor involvesthe presence of tourists, the vibrancy and liveliness of the neighborhood, thewelcoming attitude toward tourists, the reduction of tourists' expenses, specialtourism-related land uses, and congestion in alleys to enhance tourists' safety. thesecond factor encompasses tourist accommodation facilities, tourism infrastructure,tourism-oriented businesses, a diversity and range of activities, and tourists'freedom to choose their activities. the third factor includes appropriate views and landscapes, ease of pedestrian and bicycle traffic, access to public transportation, environmental cleanliness, and green spaces. the fourth factor involves the revival of national and religious ceremonies.
