بازشناسی جایگاه عوامل فرهنگی در بازآفرینی محله‌های قدیمی و تاریخی شهرها (نمونه موردی محله پای توپ بجنورد)

بیان مساله: بافت های تاریخی به عنوان میراثی ارزشمند و معرف هویت شهر، امروزه با مسائل متعددی مواجه هستند. بی‏توجهی به زمینه فرهنگی، اجتماعی و تاریخی در مداخلات معاصر یکی از مهم‏ترین مسائل پیش‏روی این بافت‏. درنتیجه اندیشیدن به ابعاد گوناگون اجتماعی، فرهنگی و هویتی در محله‏های تاریخی و قدیمی پیش از هر نوع مداخله و یافتن پیوندی مناسب میان این ابعاد و ابعاد کالبدی و فضایی امری ضروریست.هدف: هدف این پژوهش نیز در همین راستا، بازشناسی جایگاه عوامل فرهنگی در بازآفرینی محله‏های قدیمی و تاریخی شهرها است.روش: این پژوهش به روش توصیفی-تحلیلی انجام گرفته‏ و در جمع‏آوری اطلاعات از روش کتابخانه‏ای و برداشت‏های میدانی استفاده شده‏است.یافته‌ها: در این پژوهش پس از به دست‏آوردن دانش نظری مورد نیاز از مطالعه‏ی مبانی نظری و تدوین اصول و انگاره‏های فرهنگی و ابعاد مختلف بازآفرینی فرهنگ-مبنا، و مطالعه‏ی تجارب پیشین مرتبط، مصادیق آن ها را در نمونه‏ی مورد مطالعه‏ی خود شناسایی نمودیم. در این راستا نیز از تدوین تعداد 30 پرسشنامه‏‏ برای شهروندان در محدوده‏ی مورد مطالعه استفاده کردیم. اطلاعات حاصل از پرسشنامه‏ها در spss تحلیل گردید. همچنین بخشی از پتانسیل‏های فرهنگی موجود در نمونه موردی، از این پرسشنامه‏ها استخراج گردید.نتیجه‌گیری: بدین ترتیب نحوه‏ی استخراج و به‏کار بردن این اصول و انگاره‏های فرهنگی در بازآفرینی در یک نمونه‏ی عینی از جامعه‏ی چند-فرهنگی را تدوین نمودیم. در نهایت با توجه به مفاهیم استخراج شده از ابعاد مختلف فرهنگ و شناختن جایگاه آن در بازآفرینی محله‏های تاریخی و قدیمی، همچنین معرفی مصادیق آن در نمونه‏ی موردی، راهبردها و چگونگی تحقق عوامل فرهنگ در بازآفرینی را تبیین نمودیم.

Recognizing the place of cultural factors in regeneration old and historic neighborhoods of cities (Bojnourd Pay_Toop Case Study).

Background: Historical contexts as a valuable legacy and representing the identity of the city, today face numerous issues due to their inattention to the cultural, social and historical contexts of contemporary interventions. And the old before any intervention and finding a proper link between these physical and spatial dimensions is necessary.Objectives: The purpose of this study is to recognize the role of cultural factors in regeneration old and historic neighborhoods of cities.Method: This study is a descriptive-analytical one and library and field survey method was used to collect data.Result: In this research, after gaining the necessary theoretical knowledge from the study of theoretical foundations and formulation of cultural principles and paradigms and different aspects of culture-based recreation, and studying relevant past experiences, the examples in the sample We identified the case study. We prepared 30 questionnaires for our sample and analyzed the data in SPSS. The questionnaires were also extracted from some of the existing cultural potentials.Conclusion: We have thus devised a way of extracting and applying these cultural principles and concepts in recreating a concrete example of a multicultural society. And finally, we explain the strategies and how cultural factors are realized in recreation.Highlight: • Reconstruction of culture-based, especially in multi-cultural neighborhoods, given the existing cultural and ethnic diversity as a potential for the formation of different spaces appropriate to specific cultural events and unique activities in accordance with the place. It can be the most appropriate approach to improving the quality of life of residents and also the economic prosperity of the neighborhood.• Reading the concept of culture and getting acquainted with its vast dimensions, as well as understanding how to extract ideas and cultural principles that regulate the body and space and using it in the process of recreating culture-building, can be an important step in developing unique patterns. It should be indigenous, which seeks to establish more and more harmony of body and space with the background culture.
