مکانیابی مرکز فرهنگی شهر یزد با روش ترکیبی شبیه‌سازی ترافیکی و ارزیابی چند معیاره مکانمند در فضای gis

اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﻫﺮ ﻋﻨﺼﺮ ﺷﻬﺮی در ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ از ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﻬﺮ، ﺗﺎﺑﻊ اﺻﻮل و ﻗﻮاﻋﺪ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﺻﻮرت رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﺪن، ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎﻫﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮدی آن ﻋﻨﺼﺮ در ﻫﻤﺎن ﻣﮑﺎن ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﺧﻮاﻫﺪ ﺷﺪ. اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﮑﺎن ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺤﺖ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت ﻣﮑﺎنﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﻄﺮح ﻣﯽﺷﻮد، ﺟﻬﺖ اﺳﺘﻘﺮار ﻫﺮ ﻧﻮع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮی از ﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮی ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدی و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ زﯾﺮﺳﺎﺧﺖﻫﺎ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ از ﻣﺮاﺣﻞ ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت اﺳﺘﻘﺮار و اﺣﺪاث اﻧﻮاع ﮐﺎرﺑﺮیﻫﺎ ﻣﺤﺴﻮب ﻣﯽﺷﻮد. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ در ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪوﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ و ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺎزی، ﻣﯽﺑﺎﯾﺴﺖ ﺑﻪﻃﻮر ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن ﺣﺠﻢ اﻧﺒﻮﻫﯽ از ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ در ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ﺷﻮد و ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮیﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ارزش و وزن ﻫﺮ ﯾﮏ از اﯾﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ اﺗﺨﺎذ ﺷﻮد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﻫﻤﺰﻣﺎن از ﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯽ gis و روشﻫﺎی ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮی ﭼﻨﺪﻣﻌﯿﺎره mcdm ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮب ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ را ﺑﺮای ﺣﻞ ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ ﻓﺮاﻫﻢ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﺷﻬﺮی ﮐﻤﺒﻮد ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در اﺛﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ ﺷﻬﺮﻫﺎ و ﻋﺪم ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺰﯾﻨﯽ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ آنﻫﺎ اﺳﺖ. در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از gis و روش ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﭼﻨﺪﻣﻌﯿﺎره ﻣﮑﺎﻧﻤﻨﺪ smce ﺑﺎ روﯾﮑﺮدahp و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ ﮐﻼنﻧﮕﺮ transcad ﺑﺮای ﻣﮑﺎﻧﯿﺎﺑﯽ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ در ﺷﻬﺮ ﯾﺰد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﻧﻘﺸﻪ ﻧﻬﺎﯾﯽ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻣﺸﺨﺺﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻣﮑﺎنﻫﺎ ﺑﺮای اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ، ﮔﺰﯾﻨﻪ ﺑﺮﺗﺮ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﺮﮐﯿﺐ دو روش ﺑﺎﻻ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺣﺪود زﯾﺎدی ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺗﻘﺎﺿﺎی ﺳﻔﺮ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از ﺗﺄﺳﯿﺲ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ را ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﮐﺸﺶ ﺷﺒﮑﻪﻫﺎی ﻣﻮﺟﻮد ﺗﺮاﺑﺮی در ﺳﺎﻋﺖ اوج ﺗﺨﻤﯿﻦ ﺑﺰﻧﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮی ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس در ﭘﯿﺶﮔﯿﺮی از اﯾﺠﺎد ﮔﺮه ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮑﯽ ﭘﺲ از ﺳﺎﺧﺖ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﻮد و ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮﻋﯽ اﯾﻦ روش ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ ﺑﺎ اﯾﺠﺎد ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺴﺄﻟﻪ ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺎزی و ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮏ، از ﺑﺮوز ﻣﺴﺎﯾﻞ ﭘﺴﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺷﺒﮑﻪ ﺗﺮاﻓﯿﮏ ﺷﻬﺮی ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ اﺷﺘﺒﺎه در اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﻣﺤﻞ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، ﭘﯿﺶﮔﯿﺮی ﮐﻨﺪ.

allocation of cultural centre in yazd city with a combination method of traffic simulation & spatial multiple criteria evaluation in gis

with the increase in the population of cities and the need to develop cultural center uses in the vicinity of residential and service users, is considered. an important question in this regard is the location of the cultural center. in this research, gis and multiple-criteria decision-making methods with a hierarchical analysis approach based on the opinion of elites have been used to allocate the cultural center in yazd. in this research, it was tried to add traffic parameters (such as the street width, traffic capacity, etc.) in the weighting stage to the set of effective parameters in allocating the cultural center. the selected options were also evaluated based on macro-simulation analysis using transcad traffic software to consider the impact of each on the existing traffic networks before and after their construction in the decision-making process. the final map is used to characterize the best places for the cultural center and by using traffic software, the best place is selected. the combination of these two approaches helps to estimate the traffic demand in peak hours in a traffic network in the special place allocated for the central place and helps to decide based on its performance that is a new experience for allocating which help to decrease future problems.
