کندوکاوی بر بازتاب فاکتورهای محیطی موثر بر پدیده انفعال شهروندان در بافت ناکارامد حاشیه ای (مورد پژوهی: محلات حاشیه شمالى کلان شهر مشهد)

سیر تکامل شهرنشینی در بستر مدرن امروزی سبب بروز مشکلاتی از قبیل آشفتگی در نظام فضایی-کالبدی، بی توجهی به نیازهای انسانی، رشد پهنه های دوگانه و چندگانه شهری از نظر سطح اقتصادی-اجتماعی شده، به علاوه با تغییرات موجود در چرخه اقتصادی، رشد جمعیت و بروز موانع درآمدی و رقابتی در طبقات جامعه نیز، دیگر نمی توان انتظار وجود محلات یکپارچه و منسجم اجتماعی را در کلان شهرها داشت. در این میان طراحان شهری به دنبال، ارتقاء کیفیت محیطی از طریق شناخت نحوه عملکرد میان عناصر در تعامل با انسان و سنجش واکنش افراد در محیط با هدف ارتقاء سلامت روانی و بهبود سطح ادارک ذهنی شان در پدیده های اجتماعی همچون شهر می باشند، لیکن پدیده های نوظهوری مانند انفعال شهروندان که غالبا ناشی از ناآگاهی، بی توجهی و عدم حساسیت نسبت به وجوه مخرب محیط است، باعث ایجاد خلل و شکست در فرایند توسعه شهر می شود. این پدیده از حیث مداخلات شهرسازانه از سویی اهمیت می یابد که، برنامه ریزان شهری به دنبال واکنش و مشارکت شهروندانی هستند که مخاطب طرح ها و برنامه های انان هستند. این نوشتار به دنبال بررسی عوامل موثر بر انفعال شهروندان و مقایسه میزان اثرگذاری آن در پهنه های ناکارآمد کلان شهر مشهد با نگاهی اثباتی و برای دستیابی به این هدف از روش تحلیل کمی معادلات ساختاری، با ابزار پرسشنامه از جامعه آماری 391 نفری بهره گرفته است. در نهایت انتظار می رود که این نوشتار به اولویت بندی میزان اثرگذاری شاخص های موثر بر پدیده انفعال شهروندان نسبت به محیط در محلات ناکارامد حوزه شمالی شهر مشهد دست یابد.

the progress of urban developing in today's modern cities has caused problems such as turbulence in the spatial-physical system, disregard for human needs, the growth of multiple urban zones in terms of socio-economic level, in addition to changes in the economic cycle, population growth. and the emergence of income and competitive barriers in the levels of society, we can no longer expect the existence of integrated and cohesive social neighborhoods in metropolitan areas. the city planners are looking for, improving environmental quality through understanding how the elements interact with humans and measuring the reaction medium to promote mental health and improve understanding of mental their social phenomena such as the city's, but phenomena emerging issues such as passivity, which are often due to ignorance, inattention and insensitivity to the destructive aspects of the environment, cause disruption and failure in the process of urban development. this phenomenon is important in terms of urban planning interventions on the one hand, urban planners search the reaction and participation of people who are the audience of their plans and programs. this paper examines the factors influencing the passivity of citizens and comparing the extent of its influence in the area dysfunctional metropolis of mashhad look at the evidence and to achieve this objective techniques quantitative analysis, structural equation, by means of questionnaires from 391 people benefited . finally, it is expected that this article will prioritize the impact of indicators affecting the phenomenon of passivity to the environment in inefficient suburban area of mashhad.
