ارزیابی تاثیر ویژگی‌های کالبدی محیط بر معنا و فعالیت در خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی (نمونه موردی: خوابگاه دانشجویی دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی)

معماری ساختمان‌های خوابگاهی اغلب به منظور برآورد نیازهای اولیه و با کم توجهی نسبت به شرایط روحی و تحصیلی دانشجویان طرح و اجرا شده اند. نگاه حداقلی در طرح معماری خوابگاه، آسیبهای جدی بر کیفیت آموزش در مراکز علمی کشور بر جای می‌گذارد. هدف از پژوهش حاضر استخراج عوامل کالبدی موثر در طراحی خوابگاه های دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی و ارزیابی تاثیر این عوامل بر معنا و فعالیت در مکان از منظر دانشجویان است. تحقیق از نوع ترکیبی است که با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه و پرسشنامه طیف لیکرت به جمع آوری داده پرداخته و با روش تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه به بررسی روابط بین متغیر‌ها پرداخته است. تعداد 18متغیر کالبدی در قالب پنج دسته و 8 متغیر معنایی و فعالیتی در مکان انتخاب و در قالب 59 سوال در پرسشنامه محقق ساخت ویرایش شده‌اند. 200 نفر از دانشجویان ساکن خوابگاه‌های دانشگاه محقق اردبیلی با استفاده از فرمول کوکران جهت پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه انتخاب شدند. یافته‌های تحقیق بیانگر تاثیر معنادار برخی از ویژگی های کالبدی مکان بر معنای دریافت شده از محیط و فعالیت ساکنان خوابگاه بود. از بین شاخصهای کالبدی تحقیق حاضر، شاخص ریزفضاها بیشترین اثر را در معنای مکان و بر عامل تعامل اجتماعی و شاخص‌ شخصی سازی فضاها بیش‌ترین اثر را بر فعالیت در مکان و بر عامل تناسب و تنوع فعالیتی افراد ساکن دارد. بنابراین میتوان گفت که توجه به ویژگی‌های کالبدی مکان در طراحی خوابگاه‌های دانشجویی سبب ارتقای کیفی معنای دریافت شده فرد از محیط و فعالیت های مرتبط با تحصیل و اقامت دانشجویان می‌شود.

Evaluation of physical characteristics of the environment and its impact On Meaning and Activity in Student Dormitories (Case Study: Student Dormitory in University of Mohaghegh Ardabili)

Dormitory building architect commonly planned to rectify primary requirements while disregard students educational and spiritual state. Minimum view point in dormitory architect plan incentive irreparable damage on instruction quality in country science centers. this study try to bring up valuable framework factors on university of mohaghegh dormitories planning and evaluating these factors effect on place meaning and activity by students view point.This research use combine method include semistructured interview and Likert spectrum questionnaire. Also 18 factor form of five categories and, 8 factor of place meaning and activity within 59 questionnaire. Also 200 master's students were selected in random to answer the questions. Study results showed that the physical characteristics of the place have a significant impact on the perceived meaning of the environment and the activities of the residents. Among the physical indicators fine space factors influence on place meaning and social interactions also space personalization influence on activity in place and activities diversity and proportion. For conclusion Pay attention to the physical characteristics of the place in the design of student dormitories improves the quality of the received meaning by persons and related activity to education and inhabitancy of students. So it can be said that attention to the physical characteristics of the place Designing student dormitories plays an important role in enhancing students' productivity and satisfaction by influencing one's perception of the environment And activities related to students' education and residence Adaptation of the person to the new environment, Increase Comfort and peace of mind in students.
