سنجه های کیفی منظر شهری با توجه به باغ های سنتی (مطالعه موردی:شهر قزوین)

بیان مساله باغ های موجود در هر شهر به مثابه قلب تپنده آن شهر محسوب می شوند باغهای سنتی نه صرفا به منظور عملکرد تفرجگاهی، بلکه به عنوان محیط کار اشتغال و ،تولید ایجاد شده.اند اهمیت باغات سنتی در شهری چون قزوین که قدمتی چند هزار ساله دارد و جزئی از پیکره ی این شهر محسوب می شوند به عنوان یک بخش جاندار برای شهر تلقی میگردند و در هماهنگی بابخش بیجان کالبد ،شهر ساختار یا بافت و سیمای شهر را تشکیل می دهند که نبود آنها بر ارزشهای بصری و سیما و منظر شهر قزوین نیز تاثیر معنا داری خواهد داشت. در واقع آنچه این شهر را در میان دیگر شهرها که قرابتی با آن ،دارند یکه و یکتا می کند این است که مردمان این دیار که در خشک بوم زندگی می کردند توانستند باغستانی به مساحت 6000 هکتار را آن چنان در اطراف شهر سامان دهند که با ساختاری شهرسازانه در متن زندگی شهری جائی گیرد و کارکردی زیست محیطی، معیشتی و حتی فراغتی داشته باشد باغهای سنتی قزوین که نیمه جنوبی شهر قزوین را در بر گرفته است به عنوان یک بخش جاندار برای شهر تلقی میگردد و با هماهنگی با بخش بی جان کالبد شهر ساختار یا بافت و سیمای شهر را تشکیل می دهد وجود باغات به عنوان لبه شهری تفکیک فضاهای شهری ایجاد حرایم عریض سبز در پیرامون ،شهر ایجاد دید و منظر مطلوب در ورودی های شهر و محدوده اطراف شهر میتواند موثر باشد. به این ترتیب، حفظ ، ساماندهی و احیاء این سرمایه ملی از اهمیت ویژه ای برخوردار است. سوال تحقیق این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که آیا ساماندهی و احیای باغات سنتی می تواند در ارتقا کیفیت سیما و منظر شهری و همچنین حفظ محیط زیست در شهر قزوین نقش داشته باشد و اینکه بین مولفه های توسعه پایدار و مولفه های کیفیت منظر در باغستان سنتی شهر قزوین ارتباط معناداری وجود دارد؟اهداف تحقیق هدف اصلی و اساسی این پژوهش ساماندهی و احیای باغات سنتی در جهت افزایش کیفیت سیما و منظر،شهری همچنین حفظ محیط زیست و توسعه پایدار در شهر قزوین و ارائه راهکارهایی در جهت حفاظت باغات سنتی با توجه به فشارهای فزاینده جمعیتی و تمایل توسعه فیزیکی شهر در سالهای اخیر می باشدروش تحقیق: روش تحقیق در این پژوهش تطبیقی مطالعه موردی و در موارد ضروری از روش تحقیق توصیفی برای بیان اطلاعات کمی و آماری بهره گرفته شده است به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها و همچنین یافتن رابطه همبستگی بین مولفه های توسعه پایدار سیما و منظر شهری از روش های آماری آزمون توکی در نرم افزار t، spss تک نمونه ای و نیز از روش همبستگی پیرسون به عنوان روش اصلی در این پژوهش استفاده شده است. مهم ترین یافته ها و نتیجه گیری تحقیق: نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که احیاء باغات سنتی در ارتقاء کیفیت سیما و منظر شهری نقش اساسی دارد. حفاظت از آنها نیز در ارتقاء و توسعه پایداری وضعیت زیست محیطی شهر قزوین اهمیت حیاتی دارد. ا

Qualitative measures of urban landscape according to traditional gardensCase study: (Qazvin city)

Research Problem: Perhaps one of the first human actions in the field of architecture was the landscape of gardening, the stage where humans create artificial green space and eventually lead to today’s gardens and parks. Gardening has a long history in different countries. The art of horticulture has existed in countries such as Japan, Iran, England, France and Italy, and in each of these countries, this art has been done in its own ways and methods. Gardening is the art of combining architectural elements, plant elements and water displays. Together, in such a way that the result of the work, according to the climatic conditions, meets the expectations and aspirations of the peopleThe gardens in each city are considered the beating heart of that city; traditional gardens are created not only for recreational purposes, but also as a workplace, employment and production. The importance of traditional gardens in a city like Qazvin, which is several thousand years old and are part of the body of this city, are considered as a living part of the city and in coordination with the inanimate part of the city body, structure or texture and appearance of the city Their absence will have a significant impact on the visual values and appearance of the city of Qazvin. In fact, what makes this city one of the other cities that are close to it, is that the people of this land, who lived in the arid land, were able to organize a garden of 6,000 hectares around the city. With an urban structure in the context of urban life and have an environmental function, livelihood and even leisure.Research Question: In this study, considering the importance of protecting traditional gardens, promoting sustainable environmental development and also examining the impact of the role of these gardens on the appearance and landscape of Qazvin, the following questions were asked:1. Can organizing and reviving traditional gardens play a role in improving the quality of urban landscape as well as preserving the environment in Qazvin?2. Is there a significant relationship between the components of sustainable development and the components of landscape quality in the traditional garden of Qazvin?Research Method: The main purpose of this study is to organize and revive traditional gardens in order to increase the quality of appearance and urban landscape, as well as environmental protection and sustainable development in Qazvin. And the subobjectives of this research can be: Identifying and explaining the effects of preserving traditional gardens on increasing the quality of landscape components and sustainable environmental development in Qazvin Providing solutions to protect traditional gardens due to increasing population pressures and the tendency of physical development of the city in recent years.Research Method In this comparative study a case study and in necessary cases the descriptive research method has been used to express quantitative and statistical information. In order to analyze the data and also to find the correlation relationship between the components of sustainable development, appearance and urban landscape, statistical methods, Tukey test in SPSS software, onesample T and Pearson correlation have been used.The Most Important Results and Conclusion: The results of the research indicate that the revitalization of traditional gardens has a fundamental role in improving the quality of appearance and urban landscape, and their protection is also vital in promoting and developing the environmental sustainability of Qazvin.
