بررسی عملکرد بهداری رزمی در دفاع مقدس

زمینه و هدف این پژوهش به منظور بهره مندی و استفاده از دستاوردهای علمی و تجربی بهداری رزمی در طول هشت سال دفاع مقدس انجام یافته است. هدف کاربردی این پژوهش ثبت دقیق عملکرد و تجارب بهداری رزمی است تا به صورت مرجعی معتبر مورد استفاده قرار گیرد جامعیت این پژوهش در ارائه عملکرد بهداری رزمی در حوزه بهداشت و درمان در تحقیقهای موردی مشاهده نگردیده است.مواد و روشها روش ،تحقیق آمیزه ای از مطالعه کتابخانهای تحقیق میدانی به شیوۀ پرسش و مصاحبه شفاهی و استفاده از یادداشت نوشته های روزانه ای است که در هنگام وقوع حوادث به رشته تحریر درآمده است. ثبت دقیق وقایع به دور از عنصر تخیل ثبت تاریخها و نام ،اشخاص رعایت توالی ،زمانی برنامه ریزیهای پزشکی در مراکز درمانی از آغاز تا انتهای دفاع مقدس از ویژگیها و مفاد این یادداشت نوشته ها محسوب میشود که به عنوان منبعی غنی درخور اعتنا است.یافته ها: سازمان بهداری پیش از دوران جنگ به طور رسمی در واحدهای ارتش وجود داشت، اما بهداری رزمی نهاد نوظهوری بود که از بطن دفاع مقدس پدید آمد مشارکت فعال نیروهای بخش سلامت در دفاع مقدس منشا اثرات عظیم شد. برگزاری جلسات و همایشها سازماندهی نیروهای متخصص ایجاد مراکز آموزشی و کمیته علمی تخصصی، ایجاد و ارتقاء بیمارستانهای صحرایی تهیه دهها پروتکل و شیوه نامه پیشگیری و معالجات کارآمد، تلاش بی وقفه برای تحقق اقتصاد مقاومتی و حفظ سرمایههای انسانی از جمله دستاوردهای بهداری رزمی است. علی رغم اینکه در چند دهه منتهی به جنگ تحمیلی در دانشکده های پزشکی در خصوص موضوعات مبتلابه پزشکی در جنگها آموزشهای لازم داده نمیشد بهداری رزمی توانست به طور صحیح و علمی به مسائل بهداشت و درمان در جنگ بپردازد و با موضوع نوپدید جنگ شیمیایی در ایران مواجه شود. تامین آماد یا لجستیک خون و انواع فراورده های خونی نیز از جمله وظایفی بود که این نهاد به خوبی از عهده آن برآمد.نتایج عملکرد مدبرانه بهداری رزمی در نظارت بر تهیه و تامین آب و غذای سالم و بهداشتی منجر به جلوگیری از هرگونه اپیدمی و فراگیری عمومی بیماری در جبهه ها گردید بهداری ،رزمی با ایجاد کمیته علمی تخصصی توانست شیوه نامه ها و پروتکلهای جامع و علمی مورد نیاز را تهیه کند و بر اساس آنها به پیشگیری و درمان بیماریها و رسیدگی به مجروحان و مصدومان بپردازد و با سازماندهی و آموزش بیش از بیست هزار نفر نیروی کادر و مردمی و تامین دهها هزار تُن آماد و لجستیک عمومی و تخصصی به همراه قریب یک میلیون کیسه خون و انواع فرآورده های خونی پیشرفت فراوانی در حوزه سلامت به دست آورد تجارب ارزنده بهداری رزمی، منجر به صرفه جویی و حفظ حدود ده ها میلیارد دلار سرمایه انسانی و تاسیس دو دانشگاه علوم پزشکی سپاه (بقیه‌ الله) و ارتش به همراه چندین پژوهشکده در حوزه های رزمی، بهداشتی و حوادث غیرمترقبه گردیده است.

investigation of martial health practice in sacred defense

background and aim: this study was conducted to benefit and utilize the scientific andexperimental achievements of military medicine during eight years of holy defense. the practicalpurpose of this study is to accurately record the performance and experiences of military medicinepractitioners for valid reference. the comprehensiveness of this study in presenting militarymedicine practice in the field of health has not been observed in case studies.materials and methods: the research method is a combination of library study, field researchthrough oral questioning and interviewing, and the use of diary notes written in the course of events.accurate recording of events by imagination, recording dates and names, observing time sequences,medical scheduling in medical centers from the beginning to the end of the sacred defense are thecharacteristics and contents of these notes which are considered as a rich source of value.results: the pre-war form of health was officially present in army units, but military medicine wasan emerging entity that emerged from the heart of sacred defense. the active involvement of thehealth sector in the sacred defense became a source of enormous impact. holding meetings andconferences, organizing specialist forces, setting up training centers and specialized scientificcommittees, establishing and promoting field hospitals, developing dozens of effective preventionand treatment protocols and guidelines, unremitting efforts to realize a resilient economy andmaintain human capital are among the achievements of military medicine. although, during thedecades leading up to the imposed war, medical schools were not properly trained on war-relatedmedical issues, the combat physician was able to properly and scientifically deal with war-relatedhealth issues and the emerging issue of defense against chemical warfare in iran. supply or logisticsof blood and all kinds of blood products were among the duties that the organization was well placedto perform.conclusion: the deliberate practice of military medicine in supervising the provision and supply ofhealthy and healthy food and water prevented any epidemics and general outbreaks of disease onthe fronts. with the establishment of a specialized scientific committee, military medicine was ableto develop the required comprehensive scientific and scientific style sheets and protocols based onthe prevention and treatment of illnesses and the treatment of injuries and injuries and with the organization and training of more than 20,000 people, cadres and people, and the supply of tens ofthousands of tons of general and specialized logistics along with the nearly one million blood bagsand blood products, there has been a tremendous improvement in health.valuable martial arts experiences have led to the saving and saving of tens of billions of dollars inhuman capital and the establishment of two irgc university of medical sciences (baqiyatallah)and the military, along with several research institutes in the fields of martial arts, health andunexpected events.
