چکیده
|
مقدمه: ایمنی بیمار از مهمترین دغدغه های هر سیستم مراقبتی می باشد. از آنجاییکه سقوط و زمین خوردن بیمار همواره یکی از چالش مهم ایمنی در سیستم مراقبتی بوده است و عامل بیش از 90 % حوادث ناخواسته گزارش شده در طی بستری محسوب می شود، در همین راستا پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر سقوط در اتاق عمل و ارائه راهکار کاهش وقوع سقوط بیماران انجام شده است.روش: مطالعه حاضر به روش مرور نظامند (متاسنتز)انجام شد. جستجو با استفاده از کلید واژه های سقوط بیمار، ایمنی بیمار و سقوط در اتاق عمل از پایگاه های اطلاعاتی pubmed, science direct, ovid, pro quest انجام شدو مقالات مرتبط با سقوط بیمار در اتاق عمل که قبل از سال 2019 منتشر شده اند، بود، وارد مطالعه شد و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از روش تحلیل دورن مایه ای انجام شد.یافته ها: عوامل خطرساز سقوط سه دسته عوامل بیمار، محیط و کارکنان است. عوامل بیمار شامل سن، چاقی، اختلال هوشیاری، بی قراری و پوزیش خاص، استفاده از داروهای خاص است. عوامل محیطی مانند سطح ناصاف و مسیرهای ناصاف، تخت و یا برانکارد خراب است. عوامل کارکنان کار تیمی و احساس مسئولیت و وجدان کاری است. نتیجه گیری: پیشگیری از سقوط در اتاق عمل در تمام مدت حضور بیمار در اتاق عمل و حین جراحی از اولویت های ایمنی بیمار است که همکاری و کار تیمی کلیه کارکنان اتاق عمل مهمترین راهبرد پیشگیری از سقوط است.

Abstract
|
introduction: patient safety is one of the most important concerns of the entire care system. sincepatient falls have always been one of the most important safety challenges in the care system and areconsidered to be the cause of more than 90% of unwanted incidents reported during hospitalization.in this regard, the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating factors affecting falls inthe operating room and providing a solution to reduce the occurrence of patient falls.materials and methods: the present study was conducted using a systematic review method(metasynthesis). the search was performed using the keywords patient falls, patient safety, and fallsin the operating room from the databases pubmed, science direct, ovid, pro quest, and articlesrelated to patient falls in the operating room published before 2019 were included in the study. andwas analyzed. data analysis was done using thematic analysis method.findings: fall risk factors include three categories of patient, environment and staff factors. patientfactors include age, obesity, impaired consciousness, restlessness and specific position, and use ofspecific medications. environmental factors such as uneven surface and uneven paths, bed or brokenstretcher. the factors of employees are team work, sense of responsibility and work conscience.conclusion: preventing falls in the operating room during the entire time the patient is in theoperating room and during surgery is one of the patient safety priorities, and the cooperation andteamwork of all operating room staff is the most important fall prevention strategy.
