how does the positional awareness of workers decrease? the role of fatigue and work-related stress variables

Background: an important factor in preventing industrial accidents includes the ability of employees to have awareness of the work situation, understand the information from it, and predict how situations will develop. in this study, we examined the role of fatigue and work-related stress in predicting work situation awareness among workers. methods: the current study was a cross-sectional study. the sample consisted of 180 employees in the national petrochemical company in 2022 year that was selected according to the stratified random sampling method and responded to questionnaires about demographic characteristics, work situation awareness, work stress, and fatigue. the data were analyzed by correlation techniques and stepwise regression.results: the results showed that there was a significant internal correlation between research variables. also, the results of stepwise regression analysis revealed that fatigue and work stress significantly predicted, respectively, almost 11% and 16% of variances in work situation awareness among workers.conclusion: according to the findings of the present study, fatigue and work-related stress can predict work situation awareness. therefore, considering these variables can be significant in promoting work situation awareness among workers.

چگونه آگاهی موقعیتی کارکنان کاهش می یابد؟ نقش متغیرهای خستگی و استرس کاری

زمینه و هدف: یکی از عوامل مهم در پیشگیری از حوادث صنعتی، توانایی کارکنان در حفظ آگاهی از وضعیت کار، درک اطلاعات از آن و پیش بینی چگونگی ایجاد موقعیت ها است. در این پژوهش، نقش خستگی و استرس کاری در پیش‌بینی آگاهی از موقعیت کاری در بین کارکنان بررسی شد.روش ها: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی بود. نمونه متشکل از 180 نفر از کارکنان شرکت ملی صنایع پتروشیمی در سال 1401، به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای انتخاب شدند و به پرسشنامه هایی در مورد مشخصات دموگرافیک، آگاهی از موقعیت کاری، استرس کاری و خستگی پاسخ دادند. داده ها با استفاده از روش همبستگی و رگرسیون گام به گام تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.یافته­ ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین متغیرهای تحقیق همبستگی درونی معناداری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که خستگی و استرس کاری به ترتیب تقریباً 11 درصد و 16 درصد از واریانس های آگاهی از موقعیت کاری را به طور معنی­داری پیش­بینی کردند (0.05p<).نتیجه‌ گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، خستگی و استرس کاری می‌تواند آگاهی از موقعیت کاری را پیش‌بینی کند. بنابراین توجه به این متغیرها می تواند در ارتقاء آگاهی از وضعیت کاری در بین کارکنان حائز اهمیت باشد.
