بررسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر احیای قلبی ریوی پایه و پیشرفته بر اگاهی کادر درمانی بیمارستان های شهرستان جهرم درسال 1403

هدف: آگاهی ارائه‌دهندگان مراقبت‌های بهداشتی از پیامدهای احیا، همانطور که با اطلاعات مورد بحث هدایت می‌شود، برای ارائه مداخلات موثر و نجات دهنده حیاتی است. درک تفاوت‌های ظریف پروتکل های احیا، چه برای بزرگسالان، نوزادان یا زنان باردار، برای بهینه سازی نتایج بیمار اساسی است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مداخله آموزشی مبتنی بر احیای قلبی ریوی پایه و پیشرفته بر آگاهی کادر درمانی بیمارستان‌های شهرستان جهرم درسال 1403 انجام شد.روش‌ها: این مطالعه مداخله‌ای از نوع پیش‌آزمون- پس‌آزمون بود. 20 نفر از کادر درمانی بیمارستان‌های آموزشی و درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم در مطالعه شرکت کردند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه سنجش آگاهی و دانش پرسنل در دو قسمت مشخصات فردی و 29 سوال چهار گزینه‌ای در ارتباط با اقدامات لازم در عملیات احیای قلبی- ریوی (پایه و پیشرفته)، می‌باشد.یافته‌ها: نتیجه آزمون تی زوجی نشان داد که میانگین نمره آگاهی پرسنل در خصوص پروتکل بعد از دوره آموزشی (16/2±5/24) نسبت به قبل از دوره آموزشی (0/2±10/23) به صورت معنی‌داری افزایش یافته است (p=0/012).نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که برگزاری کارگاه آموزشی می‌تواند نقش موثری در ارتقای آگاهی کادر درمانی در خصوص پروتکل احیا داشته باشد، بنابراین این کارگاه‌ها باید به صورت منظم و مستمر در تمام بیمارستان‌ها و مراکز درمانی برگزار شود.

studying the effect of educational intervention based on basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the awareness of medical staff in hospitals in jahrom city in 2024

introduction: healthcare providers’ awareness of resuscitation outcomes, as guided by the discussed information, is critical for providing effective and life-saving interventions. understanding the subtle differences in resuscitation protocols, whether for adults, neonates, or pregnant women, is essential for optimizing patient outcomes. the present study aimed to investigate the effect of an educational intervention based on basic and advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation on the knowledge of medical staff in hospitals in jahrom city in 2024.methods: this was a pre-test-post-test intervention study. 20 medical staff from teaching and treatment hospitals of jahrom university of medical sciences participated in the study. the data collection tool included a questionnaire to measure personnel’s knowledge and awareness, which was organized into two sections: personal characteristics and 29 four-choice questions related to the necessary steps in cardiopulmonary resuscitation operations (basic and advanced).results: the majority of the participants in the study were physicians (40%) or nurses (25%). the results of the paired t-test showed that the average score of personnel’s awareness of the protocol after the training course (24.5±2.16) significantly increased compared to before the training course (23.10±2.0) (p=0.012). discussion: based on the results of the present study, holding a training workshop can play an effective role in improving the awareness of medical staff about the resuscitation protocol, so these workshops should be held regularly and continuously in all hospitals and medical centers.
