مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره دکتری پرستاری در ایران و بلومبرگ کانادا

هدف: دوره دکتری پرستاری صلاحیت لازم برای ایفای نقش‌های حرفه‌ای مبتنی بر نیازهای جامعه را در دانش‌آموختگان فراهم می نماید، اما تفاوت‌هایی در برنامه‌های ارائه شده وجود دارد که تحلیل آنها به توسعه رشته کمک می کند. هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه تطبیقی برنامه آموزشی دوره دکتری پرستاری بلومبرگ کانادا و ایران بود. روش‌ها: این مطالعه توصیفی- تطبیقی، بر اساس الگوی بردی انجام شده و به مقایسه اجزا برنامه درسی دوره دکتری پرستاری ایران و دانشگاه بلومبرگ کانادا پرداخته است. شواهد لازم از طریق جستجوی اینترنتی جمع آوری شد و مورد توصیف، تفسیر، در جوار هم گذاری و مقایسه قرار گرفت.نتایج: علی رغم شباهت‌ها، اهداف، کوریکولوم و نحوه اجرای برنامه ها در دو دانشگاه متفاوت بود. تفاوت در محتوای برنامه درسی، نحوه آموزش دروس و نقش‌های مورد انتظار از دانش آموختگان از نکات قابل تامل در دانشگاه بلومبرگ کانادا بود. نتیجه‌گیری: جهت بهبود کیفیت دانش آموختگان دکتری پرستاری در ایران پیشنهاد می‌شود محتوا و شیوه ارائه دروس با توجه به نقش و انتظارات از دانش آموختگان و نیاز جامعه، مورد بازبینی قرار گیرد و به منظور مشخص شدن نقاط ضعف و قدرت برنامه و تامین اطلاعات بیشتری جهت برنامه‌ریزی‌های آینده، کیفیت برنامه درسی جدید از دید دانشجویان دکترای و اساتید مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد.

introduction: nursing phd programs are designed to cultivate the necessary competencies in graduates to fulfill professional roles that are responsive to societal demands. nevertheless, discrepancies in the curricula offered across different programs highlight the need for comparative analysis to further develop the discipline of nursing. this study aimed to compare the curricula of nursing phd programs in bloomberg university and iran.methods: this descriptive-comparative study was done based bereday’s model and compare components of nursing phd program curriculum in iran and bloomberg university. data were gathered through a comprehensive internet search and then subjected to a rigorous analysis process involving description, interpretation, juxtaposition, and comparison.results: despite shared similarities, these universities exhibited distinct differences in purpose, curriculum, and program implementation. bloomberg university, in particular, was characterized by its unique curricular content, pedagogical methods, and anticipated graduate roles.conclusion: to enhance the quality of iranian phd nursing graduates, a comprehensive review of course content and delivery methods is recommended, aligned with the evolving roles and expectations of graduates and societal needs. furthermore, a rigorous evaluation of the curriculum from the perspectives of both phd students and faculty is essential to identify strengths, weaknesses, and inform future program development.
