بررسی اهمیت اخلاق در آموزش و میزان رعایت آن از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی زاهدان

مقدمه آموزش نخستین ماموریت و کارکرد دانشگاه محسوب می‌شود و اخلاق آموزشی در دانشگاه حافظ امنیت، رفاه و تعالی فردی و گروهی دانشجویان و اعضای هیئت‌علمی است. از‌آنجا‌که پزشکی، حرفه‌ای حساس و انسانی و بر‌پایه اخلاق است رعایت اصول اخلاقی در آموزش آن نقش بسزایی در شکل‌گیری ارزش‌های حرفه‌ای و اخلاقی در دانشجویان پزشکی دارد. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین اهمیت اخلاق در آموزش و میزان رعایت آن از دید دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع کارآموزی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد. روش ها در این مطالعه توصیفی‌مقطعی، 97 دانشجوی پزشکی در مقطع کارآموزی دانشگاه علوم‌پزشکی زاهدان در سال 1401 شرکت کردند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات در این مطالعه شامل 2 پرسش‌نامه اطلاعات جمعیت‌شناختی و پرسش‌نامه استاندارد اخلاق پزشکی انجام بود. تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم افزار spss نسخه 21 و آمارهای توصیفی و آزمون‌های آماری استنباطی صورت گرفت.یافته ها میانگین میزان اهمیت اخلاق در آموزش از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع کارآموزی برابر 22/88 درصد و میزان رعایت آن 58/68 درصد است. نتایج آزمون من‌ویتنی نشان داد بین میزان اهمیت اخلاق و رعایت اخلاق در آموزش پزشکی در مجموع حیطه‌های سه‌گانه با سن، جنسیت، محل سکونت، سابقه کار و سابقه شرکت در کارگاه‌های اخلاق رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد.نتیجه گیری نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد وجود اخلاق در آموزش پزشکی از دیدگاه دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع کارآموزی اهمیت خیلی زیادی دارد. پیشنهاد می‌شود علل و عوامل موثر بر این دیدگاه نسبت به رعایت موازین اخلاقی در آموزش شناسایی شود تا به موثر‌ بودن آموزش و تقویت ارزش‌های اخلاقی در آموزش پزشکی کمک کند.

importance of ethics in education and the degree of compliance with ethical principles in zahedan university of medical sciences from the perspective of internship students

background since medical professionalism is based on ethics, the observance of ethical principles in its education plays a significant role in forming professional and moral values ​​in medical students. this study aims to determine the importance of ethics in education and the degree of compliance with ethical principles in zahedan university of medical sciences (zums) from the perspective of internship students.methods in this descriptive cross-sectional study, 97 internship students of zums in 2022 participated. the data collection tools were a demographic form and a standardized questionnaire developed by farahbakhsh et al., for measuring the importance of and degree of compliance with ethical principles. data analysis was done in spss v.21 software using descriptive and inferential statistics.results overall, the importance of ethics in medical education was 88.22%, and the overall level of compliance with ethics in medical education was 68.58%. the results of the mann-whitney u test showed no significant difference in the overall importance of ethics and overall compliance with ethics in terms of age, gender, place of residence, work experience, and the history of participating in ethics workshops.conclusion ethics in medical education is very important from the perspective of zums students. the causes and factors affecting this perception regarding the observance of ethical standards in education should be identified to help the effectiveness of education and strengthen moral values ​​in medical education.
