نیازسنجی در آموزش پزشکی با تاکید بر آموزش مبتنی بر پیامد: مرور سیستماتیک

مقدمه و هدف: آموزش مبتنی بر پیامد نقشی کلیدی در توسعه آموزش پزشکی دارد و بر توانمندسازی دانشجویان مطابق با نیازهای روز جامعه تاکید دارد. هدف از این مطالعه، تعیین اجزاء و روش‌های اجرایی نیازسنجی آموزشی مبتنی بر پیامد است.روش‌ انتخابی برای مطالعه: مقاله حاضر یک مطالعه مروری است که از طریق جستجوی سیستماتیک در بانک‌های اطلاعاتی معتبر علمی داخلی و خارجی با کلیدواژه‌های، assessment models، needs assessment،needs assessment techniques ،competency based education، competency based curriculum به ‌تنهایی و یا ترکیب با واژه‌های curriculum، education و development نگارش گردیده است. با توجه به این که زمینه مورد پژوهش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بود، لذا در فرآیند جستجو به زمینه medical education و medical school هم توجه گردید.نتایج: 170 محتوای مستند تا سال‌ 2021 شامل مقاله، کتاب و صفحات وب، انتخاب و بررسی شد و از این تعداد، 11 مقاله مرتبط با موضوع مورد استفاده قرار گرفت بر این اساس اجزاء نیازسنجی در آموزش مشتمل بر نیازسنجی مبتنی بر جامعه تحت پوشش، استفاده از رویکرد علمی در نیازسنجی، وجود سیستم نیازسنجی و پایش محیطی مداوم و تعیین اولویت خدمات و برنامه‌ها تبیین شده و در مرحله بعد روش‌های اجرایی نیازسنجی آموزشی استخراج شد.نتیجه‌گیری: استخراج اجزاء اصلی نیازسنجی آموزشی متناسب با نیازها و انتظارات جامعه تحت پوشش به‌ عنوان گامی مهم و کمک‌کننده در طراحی مدل‌های کارآمد نیازسنجی، منجر به دست‌یابی هرچه بیشتر به صلاحیت‌ها و توانمندی‌های حرفه‌ای مورد نظر جامعه می‌شود.

needs assessment in medical education with emphasis on outcome-based education: systematic review

introduction and goal: outcome-based education has a key role in the development of medical education and emphasizes on empowering students according to the needs of society. the purpose of this study is to determine the components and implementation methods of educational needs assessment based on outcome.methods: the present article is a review study through systematic search in valid domestic and foreign scientific databases with keywords, assessment models, needs assessment, needs assessment techniques, competency based education, competency based curriculum alone or in combination with the words curriculum, education and development has been written.results: 170 documentary contents up to 2021, including articles, books and web pages, were selected and reviewed, of which 11 related articles were used. using the studied resources, the components of needs assessment in medical education with emphasis on outcome-based education were determined as community-based approach, prioritization the needs, monitoring and scientific method. conclusion: for any needs assessment project, it is necessary to follow a specific model. extracting the main components of educational needs assessment in accordance with the needs of the covered community as an important and helpful step in designing needs assessment models, leads to achieving more and more professional competencies and competencies desired by the community.
