عوامل موثر بر تقویت انگیزه انجام طرح های تحقیقاتی پژوهش در آموزش اساتید هیات علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد

مقدمه: هدف این مطالعه، بررسی عوامل موثر بر تقویت انگیزه پژوهش در آموزش اساتید بود. روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع استفاده عملی و از حیث روش پردازش و آزمون فرضیه‌ها اکتشافی است. پژوهشگر به منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز و تکمیل پرسشنامه‌ها از روش پیمایشی و میدانی استفاده کرده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها ازروش‌های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شامل کلیه 950 نفر تمام اساتید دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مشهد می باشد. براساس جدول مورگان، تعداد حجم نمونه 284 نفر برآورد شد. یافته‌ها: از بین اساتید مورد مطالعه 174 نفر (61.3 درصد) مرد و 110 نفر (38.7 درصد) زن بودند. نتایج نشان داد که به ترتیب اولویت عامل جنبه‌های شخصی و حرفه‌ای استادان با میانگین رتبه 3.64و عامل زمینه‌های فرهنگی با میانگین رتبه 3.21 و عامل منابع مالی و امکانات و تسهیلات پژوهش با میانگین رتبه 3.11 و عامل مدیریت و سیاست‌گذاری پژوهشی با میانگین رتبه 2.57 و عامل ساختاری و اداری با میانگین رتبه 2.47 بر تقویت انگیزه پژوهشی استادان نقش دارد. انگیزه پژوهش در آموزش در اساتید زن بالاتر از مرد بود. نتیجه‌گیری:با تشویق و تسهیل امور پژوهش در آموزش و سیاست‌گذاری‌های مناسب، انگیزه پرداختن به امور پژوهش آموزشی را به موازات آموزش تقویت کنیم. هدف اصلی از برگزاری تمام سمینارهای آموزشی، کنگره‌ها، همایش‌های آموزش پزشکی و جشنواره آموزشی شهید مطهری بایستی ارتقاء سطح علمی پژوهشگران و تقویت انگیزه پژوهش در آموزش باشد. زیرا آموزشی که مبتنی بر پژوهش نباشد پاسخگوی نیاز جامعه نخواهد بود.

an inquiry into the factors affecting motivation enhancement of faculty members of mashhad university of medical sciences in performing research projects in education

introduction: the aim of this study was to investigate the factors affecting research motivation in teaching professors. methods: the present study is of practical use and is exploratory in terms of processing and testing hypotheses. the researcher has used survey and field methods to collect the required information and complete the questionnaires. descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. the statistical population of this study includes all 950 professors of mashhad university of medical sciences. according to morgan’s table, the sample size was estimated at 284 people. results: among the studied professors, 174 (61.3%) were male and 110 (38.7%) were female. the results showed that the priority factor of personal and professional aspects of professors with an average rank of 3.64 and the factor of cultural fields with an average rank of 3.21 and the factor of financial resources and research facilities with an average rank of 3.11 and the factor of management and research policy with the average rank of 2.57 and the structural and administrative factor with the average rank of 2.47 have a role in strengthening the research motivation of professors. the motivation for research in education was higher in female professors than male.conclusion: by encouraging and facilitating research in education and appropriate policies, we should strengthen the motivation to engage in educational research in parallel with education. the main purpose of holding all educational seminars, congresses, medical education conferences and shahid motahari educational festival should be to promote the scientific level of researchers and strengthen the motivation for research in education. because education that is not based on research will not meet the needs of society.
