نگرش دانشجویان رشته علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی خود در سال 1400

مقدمه: دانشجویان از ارزشمند ترین سرمایه ها ی هر کشور هستند و دیدگاه شان به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی می تواند بعنوان راهنمایی مناسب جهت اتقا کیفیت خدمات آموزشی استفاده شود. هدف این مطالعه تعیین نگرش دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی البرز نسبت به رشته تحصیلی و آینده شغلی است. روش بررسی: این پژوهش به صورت مقطعی - توصیفی روی 117 نفر از دانشجویان علوم آزمایشگاهی انجام شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر سئوالات دموگرافیک و سئوالات اصلی تحقیق استفاده گردید. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل داده های گردآوری شده از نرم افزار spss20، آمار توصیفی و آزمون های آماری t-test، anova و آزمون های ارزیابی همبستگی استفاده شد.یافته ها: میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی افراد مورد مطالعه 20.66±1.43 بود که 1/ 29درصد مرد و 9/ 70درصد زن بودند. میانگین نمره نگرش دانشجویان به رشته تحصیلی 42.59±8.19 بود (p-value<0.05) که 43 درصد دارای نگرش مثبت و 57 درصد دارای نگرش منفی بودند. همچنین، میانگین نمره نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به آینده شغلی50 /3±45/ 13بود (p-value<0.000) که 1/ 35درصد نگرش مثبت و 9/ 64درصد نگرش منفی نسبت به آینده شغلی داشتند. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج، اغلب دانشجویان نسبت به رشته تحصیلی خود آگاهی لازم را نداشتند. لذا پیشنهاد می گردد که جهت شناخت بهتر رشته های تحصیلی در دانشگاه و بهبود دیدگاه دانشجویان مشاوره های لازم به دانش آموزان جهت آشنایی بهتر با رشته های تحصیلی دانشگاهی ارائه گردد. همچنین، تضمین امنیت شغلی و ایجاد جایگاه شغلی مناسب برای فارغ التحصیلان این رشته از راهکارهای مناسب جهت تقویت نگرش دانشجویان نسبت به آینده شغلی می باشد.

assessment of laboratory sciences students’ attitude toward their field of study and future career in alborz university of medical sciences, 2021

introduction: the students are one of the most valuable assets of any country, and their attitude toward their field of study and future career can be used as a good guide to improve the quality of educational services. the aim of this study was to determine the laboratory sciences students’ attitude toward their field of study and future career in alborz university of medical sciences.methods: this cross-sectional descriptive study was performed on 117 laboratory science students. questionnaires including demographic questions and main research questions were used to collect data. to analyze the collected data, spss20 software, descriptive statistics, t-test, anova and correlation analysis were used. results: the average of student’s age was 20.66±1.43, which 29.1% were male and 70.9% were female. average score of student’s attitude towards field of study was 42.59±8.19 (p <0.05), 43% had a positive attitude and 57% had a negative attitude towards their field of study. also, average score of student’s attitude towards future career was 13.45±3.50 (p <0.000), 35.1% of students had a positive attitudes and 64.9% had a negative attitudes towards future careers. conclusion: according to the results, most students didn’t have the necessary awareness about their field of study. in order to better understand and to improve the students’ perspectives, necessary counseling should be provided to get better acquainted with the university majors. also, ensuring job security and creating suitable job position for graduates of this field are appropriate strategies to strengthen students’ attitudes towards their future careers.
