رابطه ساختاری منش‌اخلاقی صبر و اهداف پیشرفت تحصیلی دانشجویان: نقش واسطه‌ای منبع کنترل

مقدمه: توجه به نقش منش‌های اخلاقی و منبع کنترل در پیشبینی اهداف پیشرفت از جمله موضوعاتی است که در پژوهش‌های گذشته کمتر مورد توجه بوده است. هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه منش اخلاقی صبر و اهداف پیشرفت با واسطه گری منبع کنترل بود. روش ها: جامعه پژوهش حاضر کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه شیراز بود. تعداد 450 دانشجو به عنوان گروه نمونه به روش نمونه گیری خوشه ای تصادفی چند مرحله ای انتخاب شدند و سپس پرسشنامه زیرمقیاس صبر خرمائی و قائمی، پرسشنامه منبع کنترل levenson و مقیاس اهداف پیشرفت elliot را تکمیل نمودند. پس از ورود داده ها به نرم افزار آماری spss و بررسی داده ها براساس شاخص‌های آمار توصیفی، برای تحلیل داده ها از تحلیل مسیر استفاده شد. یافته ها: نتایج نشان داد که منش اخلاقی صبر اثر مثبت معنی دار بر اهداف پیشرفت عملکردگرایی ((p-value=0.03, ᵦ=0.11) و تبحرگرایی (p-value=0.0001, ᵦ=0.30) دارد. همچنین منبع کنترل درونی رابطه بین صبر و هر سه هدف پیشرفت عملکردگرایی، تبحرگرایی و تبحرگریزی را واسطه‌گری می‌کند. منبع کنترل بیرونی نیز قادر به واسطه گری رابطه بین صبر با عملکردگرایی و تبحرگریزی است.نتیجه گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر به افزایش دانش نظری در زمینه پیش اینده ای اخلاقی اهداف پیشرفت کمک شایانی نمود. به لحاظ کاربردی نیز می‌توان با آموزش منش اخلاقی صبر به عنوان صفت قابل آموزش شخصیّت و بازآموزی اسنادی (منبع کنترل) به شکل گیری بهتر اهداف پیشرفت کمک نمود. 

the structural relationship of the morality of patience and the students' academic achievement goals: the mediating role of locus of control

introduction: attention to the role of moral character and locus of control in predicting the acheivment goals is one of the topics that has received less attention in previous research; the aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between the moral character of patience and the achievement goals with the mediation of the locus of control.methods: the statistical population this study was all undergraduate students of shiraz university. 450 students were selected as sample group by multi-stage random cluster sampling; they complete the subscales of khormaei & ghaemi’s patience scale, levenson’s locus of control questionnaire, and elliot’s achievement goals scale. after entering the data into spss-24 statistical software and analyzing the data based on descriptive statistics indices, path analysis was used for data analysis.results: the results showed that the moral character of patience had a significant positive effect on the performance approach (p-value=0.03, ᵦ=0.11) and mastery approach (p-value=0.0001, ᵦ=0.30). the internal locus of control also mediates the relationship between patience and all three goals of performance approach, mastery approach & mastery avoidance. the external locus of control is also able to mediate the relationship between patience and performance approach and mastery avoidance.conclusion: the results of the present study helped to increase the theoretical knowledge regarding the ethical antecedents of the achievement goal. practically, it is also possible to help better shape the achievement goals by teaching patience moral character as teachable personality trait and documentary retraining (locus of control).
