برنامه درسی مغفول در رشته مامایی (از دیدگاه اساتید مامایی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان فارس)

مقدمه: برنامه درسی مغفول شامل همه فرصت‌های یادگیری است که نظام آموزشی به دلیل سنت و غفلت از ارایه آن به یادگیرندگان باز می‌ماند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی برنامه درسی مغفول رشته مامایی از دید اساتید مامایی دانشگاه‌های آزاد اسلامی استان فارس است. روش کار: روش پژوهش کیفی از نوع پدیدارشناسی می‌باشد. نمونه تحقیق 12نفر از اساتید مامایی بودند که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند و بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته جمع‌آوری و بر اساس روش دیکلمن تحلیل شد. یافته‌ها: نتایج دو درون‌مایه اصلی و پنج درون‌مایه فرعی را نشان می‌داد. اول مغفول بودن موضوع در برنامه درسی قصد شده، شامل (مطالب مغفول در برنامه درسی رشته مامایی؛ مطالب مغفول در سرفصل موجود رشته مامایی؛ مطالب مغفول به‌دلیل قرار گرفتن ذیل دروس اختیاری) دوم مغفول بودن موضوع در برنامه درسی اجرا شده شامل (مغفول بودن مطالب به دلیل نگاه مدرس و مدیر گروه). نتیجه‌گیری: طبق یافته‌های تحقیق حاضر، بخش‌هایی از مطالب موردنیاز دانشجویان مامایی از دید برنامه‌ریزان درسی ناشناخته مانده است که لازم است این بخش‌های مغفول در برنامه‌های درسی آموزش مامایی گنجانده شود تا علاوه بر تحقق بهتر اهداف این رشته؛ برنامه درسی آن را از کهنگی و تکرار خارج سازد.

null curriculum in midwifery education (from perspective of midwifery faculty members of fars islamic azad universities)

introduction: null curriculum is a type of curriculum which helps to understand concepts that have been ignored in a given curriculum. the purpose of this study was to review the null curriculum in midwifery education from midwifery faculty’s’ viewpoint in islamic azad universities of fars province. materials and methods: this qualitative study was carried out using a phenomenological approach. twelve midwifery faculty members were selected using purposive sampling method. research data was collected by semi-structured interviews. the interviews were analyzed using the hermeneutic approach developed by diekelmann (1989). results: the main emerged themes were as follow: 1- the negation of the subject in the intended curriculum include: a. the negation of the subject as a syllabus in the bachelor’s degree program in midwifery, b. the negation of the subject in the outline of the midwifery course. c. the negation of the subject because of lesson type (optional or dedicated). 2-the negation of the subject in implemented curriculum due to the kind of department and university directors’, and teachers’ attitude toward the subject matters. conclusion: understanding the neglected sections of the intended and implemented curriculum of midwifery helps achieving the goals of the discipline better.
