بررسی چالش‌های آموزش بالینی دانشجویان رشته‌های اتاق عمل و هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند

مقدمه و هدف: آموزش بالینی بخش مهم و اساسی آموزش در اتاق عمل می باشد، وجود هرگونه مشکل در آموزش بالینی، کارآیی و بازده این بخش از آموزش را دچار مشکل می کند. این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل چالش زای آموزش بالینی از دیدگاه دانشجویان اتاق عمل و هوشبری انجام شد.روش ها: این مطالعه توصیفی تحلیلی در سال تحصیلی 9493 روی دانشجویان اتاق عمل و هوشبری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بیرجند انجام شد. روش نمونه گیری سرشماری(215 نفر دانشجو) بود. معیار ورود افراد به مطالعه گذراندن حداقل یک واحد کارآموزی بالینی در اتاق عمل بود. ابزار گرد آوری، پرسشنامه ای پژوهشگر ساخته بود که پایایی پرسشنامه به روش آزمون مجدد محاسبه شد. داده ها پس از ورود به نرم افزار spss 16 ، تجزیه و تحلیل شد.یافته ها: 194نفر از دانشجویان، پرسشنامه ها را تکمیل نمودندکه 51نفر ازآنها مذکر و 143نفر مونث بودند. 146 نفر( 75.3%) دانشجویان اتاق عمل و 48 نفر (24.7%) دانشجویان هوشبری بودند.میزان عوامل چالش زا از دید دانشجویان به ترتیب به شرح ذیل می باشد، حیطه محیط آموزشی 97 نفر(50%)، حیطه ارتباطات بین فردی 93 نفر (47.9%) ،حیطه تجارب بالینی در آموزش بالینی 93نفر (47.9%)، حیطه تجارب تحقیرآمیز 74 نفر(38.1%)، حیطه احساسات ناخوشایند 74 نفر (38.1%).نتیجه گیری: از آنجایی که محیط آموزش نقش مهمی در برطرف کردن چالش های آموزشی دارد بنابراین باید توجه ویژه ای به این محیط ها نمود.بر اساس یافته های پژوهش حاضر مسئولان آموزش بالینی باید با اتخاذ و اجرای تصمیمات موثر عوامل چالش زای آموزش بالینی را کاهش دهند.

The challenges of clinical education in operating room and anesthesia Students of Birjand University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Clinical education is an essential part of education in operating room, any problems in clinical education Creates problems for this part of the education to be effective and efficient. The aim of this study was to determine the challenging factors of clinical education from the viewpoint of the operating room and anesthesia students of Birjand University of Medical Sciences. Sampling method was censusMethods: This descriptiveanalytic study was conducted on students of Operating and Anesthesia Room of Birjand University of Medical Sciences in the academic year of 20152016. Criteria for the study was Passing at least one clinical practice unit in the operating room. A researcher made questionnaire which it's reliability was calculated and confirmed by a testretest method was employed collect data. The data was analyzed by SPSS 16 software.Results: 194 students completed questionnaires, 51 of whom were male and 143 were female.146 (75.3%) were operative students and 48 (24.7%) students were anesthetists.The scale of challenging factors faced by students is as follows: The educational environment 97 (50%), the scope of interpersonal communication 93 (47.9%), the range of clinical experiences in clinical education was 93 (47.9%), the domain of humiliating experiences was 74 (38.1%), and the area of unpleasant feelings was 74 (38.1%)Conclusion: Based on the findings of this study Clinical education authorities Must adopt methods to reduce the challenges of clinical education. Since the teaching environment plays an important role in solving educational challenges Therefore, special attention should be paid to these environments.
