رابطه ابعاد انگیزش کلر با ویژگی‌های شخصیتی در دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع علوم پایه دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران

مقدمه و هدف: نظام تعلیم و تربیت هر جامعه زیربنای توسعه اجتماعی، اقتصادی، سیاسی و فرهنگی آن جامعه به شمار می رود و از طرفی دانشجویان پزشکی به عنوان پزشکان آینده در نظام سلامت کشور نقش مهمی ایفا خواهند نمود، لذا اهمیت شناخت بهتر روابط متقابل ابعاد انگیزشی آنان با ویژگی های شخصیتی شان جهت ارتقا برنامه های آموزشی ضروری است. هدف این پژوهش نیز بررسی رابطه ابعاد انگیزش با ویژگی های شخصیتی دانشجویان پزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران بود.روش ها: این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان پزشکی مقطع علوم پایه شاغل به تحصیل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ایران در سال تحصیلی 97-96 بودند که تعداد 412 نفر به عنوان نمونه به صورت طبقه ای خوشه ای انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه های انگیزش کلر (keller inventory) و شخصیت نئو (neofive factor inventory) بود. داده ها با نرم افزار spss با روش های آمار توصیفی و استنباطی تجزیه و تحلیل شد. یافته ها: یافته ها نشان داد بین مولفه های انگیزش، دو مولفه ی توجه و ارتباط دارای رابطه منفی و معنادار با ویژگی روان رنجوری شخصیت هستند. هم چنین هر چهار مولفه انگیزش دارای ارتباط مثبت و معنادار با تجربه پذیری و برون گرایی و باوجدان بودن هستند. علاوه بر این، تنها مولفه های توجه، ارتباط و اعتماد از متغیر انگیزش با مولفه ی توافق پذیری از متغیر شخصیت ارتباط مثبت و معنادار داشتند.نتیجه گیری: می توان گفت که در ایجاد، تداوم یا کاهش انگیزش در افراد، ویژگی های شخصیتی نقش بارزی دارند؛ بنابراین برای افزایش انگیزش در افراد به خصوص در زمینه پیشرفت تحصیلی لازم است آموزش ها، متناسب با ویژگی های شخصیتی هر فرد صورت گیرد.

The relationship between Keller motivation dimensions and personality characteristics in medical students of basic sciences in Iran University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: The educational system of any society is considered the basis for social, economic, political and cultural developments. On the other hand, given the important role of medical students as future therapists and doctors who play significant roles in the health system of any country, understanding the interrelationships between their motivational dimensions and personality characteristics seem necessary to create and promote educational programs. This study intended to do so among medical students at the basic sciences level at Iran University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This was a correlational descriptive study. The statistical population consisted of all medical students at basic sciences level, from whom 412 were selected through hierarchical cluster sampling method. To collect data, Keller motivation and NEO personality questionnaires were used. Data was analyzed by SPSS software version 24, using descriptive and inferential statistics.Results: The findings showed that there is a negative and significant relationship between two motivational components of attention and relevance with the neuroticism feature of the personality variable. Also, all four components of motivation have a positive and significant relationship with openness to experience and externality and conscientiousness. Only, the components of attention, communication and trust from the variable of motivation had a positive and significant relationship with the variable of personality.Conclusion: Personality characteristics play a significant role in the creation, continuity and reduction of motivation among individuals; therefore, to increase personal motivation, especially to improve academic achievements, trainings should be in a way that personality characteristics of every individual person are considered.
