ارتباط بین هوش هیجانی و تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز

مقدمه و هدف: یکی از ضرورت های مهم حرفه پرستاری تفکر انتقادی است و پرستاران برای عملکرد صحیح در موقعیت های بالینی باید دارای مهار تهای تفکر انتقادی باشند. عناصر هیجانی نقش مهمی در تفکر انتقادی دارند. این مطالعه به بررسی میزان هوش هیجانی و تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان کارشناسی پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز می پردازد.روش ها: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی - همبستگی هست. به منظور گردآوری داده ها از پرسشنامه های هوش هیجانی بار آن و پرسشنامه تفکر انتقادی کالیفرنیا استفاده شد. جامعهی آماری این پژوهش کلیهی دانشجویان پرستاری دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز می باشند. نمونه 200 نفری از دانشجویان پرستاری از طریق نمونه گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در قسمت آمار استنباطی ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، روش تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیری، تحلیل واریانس چند متغیری و آزمون t استفاده.یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که بین هوش هیجانی و تفکر انتقادی در دانشجویان دختر و پسر رابطه معنی داری وجود دارد و دانشجویان دختر در مقایسه با دانشجویان پسر از هوش هیجانی و تفکر انتقادی بالاتری برخوردارند.نتیجه گیری: پرورش تفکر انتقادی و هوش هیجانی در دانشجویان پرستاری علاوه بر کمک در بهبود روابط اجتماعی دانش جویان و توانایی آن ها در حل تعارضات، در بهبود کارآیی مهارت های حل مسئله، توانایی قضاوت در حرفه پرستاری، کیفیت و توانایی ارائه خدمات بالینی نقش اساسی ایفا می کند.

The relationship between emotional intelligence and critical thinking in nursing students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: One of the important requirements of nursing profession is to have critical thinking skills for the success in clinical settings. Emotional intelligence is an important factor for improving critical thinking. This study examined the relationship between emotional intelligence and critical thinking among nursing students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences.Methods: This was a descriptive ndash;correlational research. The data was collected by standard Emotional Intelligence and Critical Thinking questionnaires. A sample of 200 participants was selected randomly from nursing students of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences. To analyze the data, Pearson Coefficient inferential statistics, regression analysis, multivariate analysis of variance and ttest were used.Results: The results detected that there is a significant relationship between emotional intelligence and critical thinking skills among male and female students. Female students had higher levels of emotional intelligence and critical thinking than male students.Conclusion: Fostering critical thinking and emotional intelligence among nursing students would help them improve social relationships and their ability to resolve conflicts this could also enhance nursing students' problemsolving skills and judgment abilities which in turn leads to providing more qualified clinical services.
