نقش ویژگی‌های شخصیتی دانشجویان بر سبک یادگیری آنان در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس

مقدمه و هدف: سبک یادگیری، شاخص عملکرد هر فرد در پردازش و دریافت اطلاعات برای یادگیری است. ویژگی شخصیتی از جمله عوامل موثر بر سبک یادگیری است و آگاهی از ویژگی های شخصیتی، برای مقابله موثر با مشکلات زندگی مفید و سودمند است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی رابطه ویژگی های شخصیتی دانشجویان با سبک یادگیری آنان، که در میان دانشجویان کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس انجام شده است.روش ها: روش پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی از نوع همبستگی است و جامعه آماری شامل کلیه دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی بندرعباس بوده است که با استناد به جدول مورگان 300 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه آماری در نظر گرفته شد. برای گردآوری داده های پژوهش، از دو پرسشنامه استاندارد پنج عاملی شخصیت (neo.ffi) و پرسشنامه سبک یادگیری کلب استفاده شده است که پایایی و روایی ابزار در حد مطلوب گزارش شد.یافته ها: نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل مانوا و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که بین مولفه های ویژگی های شخصیتی (برونگرایی، اشتیاق به تجارب تازه و توافق پذیری) با سبک یادگیری دانشجویان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد اما در دو مولفه روان رنجوری و وظیفه شناسی رابطه معناداری وجود ندارد. علاوه بر این، بعد برونگرایی با سبک یادگیری همگرا رابطه منفی و معنی دار (pvalue=0.00, β=-0.48)) و بعد اشتیاق به تجارب تازه رابطه مثبت و معنی دار (pvalue =0.01, β=-0.29). با سبک یادگیری همگرا و همچنین رابطه مثبت و معناداری (pvalue =0.001, β=-0.37). با سبک یادگیری واگرا و بعد توافق پذیری رابطه منفی و معناداری (pvalue =0.02, β=-0.27) با سبک یادگیری واگرا دارد.نتیجه گیری: نتایج به دست آمده از تحلیل مانوا و تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه نشان داد که بین مولفه های ویژگی های شخصیتی (برونگرایی، اشتیاق به تجارب تازه و توافق پذیری) با سبک یادگیری دانشجویان رابطه معنادار وجود دارد.

The Role of students personality traits on students learning style in University of Medical Sciences

Introduction: Learning style is performance indicators for each individual in the process of receiving information for learning. Personality traits are the factors affecting learning styles and Knowledge of personality is helpful to effectively tackle the problems of life. The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between personality traits and and kolb learning style that among Bandar Abbas University of Medical Sciences was conducted.Methods: Research method was correlation, and statistical population included and 300 students participated in this study Participants were asked to complete the five factor personality questionnaire (NEOFFI) and kolb leaning style questionnaireThe reliability and validity of the scales were reported optimal. In order to test study hypothesis multiple regression analysis and MANOVA were used.Results: The results showed that there were significant relationships among the components of personality traits (extraversion, agreeableness desire for new experiences) and their lerning style. But there was no significant relationship between neuroticism and duti fulness. In addition, there is the significant negative correlation between extraversion and converging learning style (Pvalue=0.00, beta;=0.48) and the desire for new experiences has a significant positive relationship with converging learning style (Pvalue =0.01, beta;=0.29). There is the significant negative correlation between agreement and divergent learning style (Pvalue =0.02, beta;=0.27) and the desire for new experiences has a significant positive relationship with converging learning style (Pvalue =0.001, beta;=0.37).Conclusion: The results showed that there were significant relationships among the components of personality traits and their lerning style.
