اللغة الصامتة و فاعلیتها فی الاتصال الناجح

واذا کانت اللغة تعد الوسیلة الاتصالیة المهیمنة على حیاة افراد المجتمع، الا انها لیست الوسیلة الوحیدة لتحقیق التواصل، لان الانسان یمتلک وسائل اخرى غیر لغویة تقوم بوظیفة التواصل دعی اللغة الضامة، وهی تقوم بدور فاعل و حاسم فی الکثیر من اللحظات التواصلیة التی تتخللحیاة الافراد. اذ ان حوالی 30 % الى 40 % من اتصالاتنا تکون لفظیة و نحو 60 % الى 70 % منها غیر لفظیة. یحاول الباحث فی هذه الورقة البحثیة باتباع المنهج الوصفی التحلیلى دراسة التواصل غیر الشفهیة کاللوکات الجسدیة، البروکسیمیاء المن، المکان، طرق اخذ الدور فی الکلام ، العلامات الصوتیة غیر اللغویة، الصمت، سلوکیات الملامسة. نستشف من هذا البحث ان التواصل فی بلاد الشرق الاوسط و لاسیما فی البلاد العربی یعتمد بدرجة کبیرة على الیاق و عدم المام الانسان بثقافة مخاطبیة فی الحوار یودی الى الانهیار فی التواصل. بما ان تفاوت السلطة یبدو کبیرة للغایة فی الدول العربیة فتوزیع ادوار الکلام فی هذه الثقافة یعتمد على امور کالن، والمکانة الاجتماعیة، والسلطة التی یحوزها الشخص. ان ثقافة العرب تعطى الوقت ادنی منزلة بکثیر من الاهمیة مما تعطیه ثقافة البلاد الغربیة. و حینما نحاور العرب فهم یمیلون بشکل عام الى التقارب الجسدی؛ اما عدم الاحتفاظ بمسافة مکانیة فی الثقافة الغربیة اثناء المحادثة یثیر مشاعر جنسیة او عدائیة.

Silent Language and Its Function in Successful Relation

Language is a communicative instrument in peoplesʼ lives in society, but it is not the only instrument for communication. People have other nonlingual instruments like Silent Language which its function is to make communication. This language has a constructive and crucial role in the types of communication in people's lives. Almost 30 to 40 percent of our methods of communication is verbal, and around 60 to 70 percent is nonverbal. The research method of this study is descriptiveanalytic in which nonverbal communication aspects like kinesis, proxemics, chromatics, turn taking, paralanguage, silent language, and the Maptic system have been studied. This research indicates that the relations in the Middle East, especially in Arab countries, are based on context and unfamiliarity with the other cultures leads to failure in communication. Since the difference of sovereignty in Arab countries is so clear, the distribution of speech turns in this culture is based on individual characteristics such as age, social place, and power. In Arab culture, less attention is paid to time in contrary to the western culture. In conversations the Arabs tend to move closer to the hearer; however, this in relation to the distance in the western culture, tends to convey sexual feelings or enmity.
