بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد در زمینه بهداشت و ایمنی مواد غذایی در زنان خانه‌دار و شاغل شهر ساوه در سال 1400

زمینه و اهداف: بیماریهای منتقله از غذا، یک مشکل جهانی در حوزه بهداشت عمومی محسوب می‌شود. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد در زمینه ایمنی و بهداشت مواد غذایی در زنان متاهل خانه‌دار و شاغل شهر ساوه در سال 1400 انجام گرفت.مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مقطعی تحلیلی است که بصورت تصادفی انجام گرفت. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای در‌برگیرنده سئوالاتی در خصوص اطلاعات دموگرافیک، میزان آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد در زمینه ایمنی و بهداشت مواد غذایی بود. آنالیزها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 19 در سطح معناداری 0.05 انجام گرفت. ملاحظات اخلاقی در طول نگارش مطالعه رعایت شد.یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد که بین میانگین نمره آگاهی با زنان شاغل و خانه‌دار رابطه معناداری وجود داشت به گونه‌ای که میانگین و انحراف معیار نمره آگاهی در زنان شاغل به ترتیب 6/07 و 1/76 و در زنان خانه دار5/14 و 2/22 بود. میانگین اختلاف نمره نگرش و عملکرد در زنان شاغل به ترتیب تقریبا 2 و 3 نمره بالاتر از زنان خانه‌دار بود ( 0/05>p). ارتباط معناداری بین سن و افزایش سطح درآمد خانوار با آگاهی، نگرش و عملکرد یافت نشد(0/05

awareness, attitude and performance towards food safety and hygiene among housewives and working women in saveh city in 2021

background and aims: food-borne diseases are considered a global concern in the field of public health. the present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the level of knowledge, attitude and performance towards food safety and hygiene among married housewives and working women in saveh city in 2021.materials and methods: this research is a cross-sectional analytical study that was conducted randomly. the data collection tool was a questionnaire containing questions about demographic information, awareness, attitude and performance in the field of food safety and hygiene. statistical analyzes were performed using spss (v.19) at a significance level of 95%. ethical considerations were observed in all stages of the study.results: there observed a significant association between the average knowledge score of working women and housewives, so that the respective mean and standard deviation of the knowledge score among working women were 6.07 and 1.76 and 5.14 and 2.22 in housewives. the mean difference between attitude and performance scores in working women was approximately 2 and 3 points higher than housewives, respectively (p<0.05). no significant relationship was found between age and increasing household income level with awareness, attitude and performance (p>0/05).conclusion: regarding the areas of awareness, attitude and performance towards food hygiene and safety, there was a significant difference between working women and married housewives. therefore, it is necessary to improve the level of awareness and change in their attitudes and actions with the help of relevant organizations and bodies.
