عوامل موثر بر کاهش مصرف کیسه‌های پلاستیکی: یک مطالعه مروری

زمینه و اهداف: کیسه های پلاستیکی با وجود کاربردهای فراوان، تهدیدی جدی برای محیط زیست و حیات انسان ها و موجودات به شمار می روند. مقابله با این تهدیدها، در گرو درک درست عوامل موثر بر کاهش مصرف کیسه های پلاستیکی است. لذا این مطالعه به منظور شناخت این عوامل به مروری بر مطالعات صورت گرفته در زمینه کاهش مصرف کیسه های پلاستیکی در ایران و جهان پرداخته است.مواد و روش‌ها: در این مطالعه، جستجوی کلیدواژه های plastic bags،reduction ، consumption، personal factor و environmental factor  در پایگاه‌های معتبر اطلاعاتی همچون sid، pubmed، scopus و google scholar صورت گرفت. جستجوها محدود به بازه زمانی سال 2009 تا سال 2022 شد و در نتیجه ی این جستجو بیش از 90 مطالعه، شناسایی و استخراج گردید. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل انجام مطالعه رعایت شد.یافته‌ها: تعداد 32 مطالعه مرتبط مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. فاکتورهای مورد بررسی در این مطالعات در سه دسته عوامل روانشناختی، عوامل جمعیت شناختی و عوامل محیطی تقسیم بندی گردید و در نهایت تاثیر گزارش شده هریک از این فاکتورها با رفتار مصرفی مورد نظر، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.نتیجه‌گیری: در رابطه با رفتار کاهش مصرف کیسه پلاستیکی بی تاثیرترین فاکتور، نگرش و موثرترین فاکتور نیز هنجارهای ذهنی و کنترل رفتاری درک شده است. به نظر می رسد در این رفتار محیط زیستی، نگرش مثبت به تنهایی کافی نیست و شکاف میان نگرش و رفتار با آگاهی از روش های کاهش مصرف کیسه پلاستیکی، باور فرد به توانایی انجام این روش ها و سازگار بودن فشارهای اجتماعی پر می گردد.

factors affecting the reduction of plastic bag consumption: a review study

background and aims: plastic bags, despite many applications, pose serious threats to the environment and the lives of humans and organisms. to tackle these health and environmental risks requires understanding the factors influencing inappropriate consumption of plastic bags. this paper aims to provide a scoping review of studies on reducing the consumption of plastic bags in iran and the world.materials and methods: keywords including plastic bags, reduction, consumption, personal factor and environmental factor were searched in reliable databases such as sid, pubmed, scopus and google scholar. the searches were limited to the period of 2009 to 2022 and consequently more than 90 studies were identified and extracted. ethical considerations were observed in all stages of the study.results: totally, 32 published works, which were the most relevant studies with the present study, were examined. then, the studied factors were divided into three categories: psychological factors, demographic factors and environmental factors. finally, the reported effect of each of these factors with the intended consumption behavior was investigated.conclusion: in view of the behavior of reducing plastic bag consumption, attitude and normative believe as well as control believes were the most ineffective and the most effective factors, respectively. it seems that in this environmental behavior, positive attitude alone is not enough and the gap between attitude and behavior is filled with knowledge of ways to reduce plastic bag consumption, belief in the ability to do these methods and compatible social pressures.
