بررسی عوامل موثر بر سلامت روان و مولفه های آن در بهورزان استان‌های با وضعیت قرمز کووید-19

زمینه و اهداف: کاهش سلامت روان بهورزان تاثیرات سوئی بر روند ارائه خدمات در شرایط شیوع کرونا در جامعه خواهد داشت. لذا این مطالعه با هدف تعیین عوامل موثر بر سلامت روان  و مولفه‌های آن در بهورزان استان‌های با وضعیت قرمز کووید-19 انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی- تحلیلی و به صورت  مقطعی در سال  1399 روی 627 نفر از بهورزان شاغل در استان‌های با وضعیت قرمز کووید 19 که با روش نمونه گیری چند مرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های سلامت عمومی به صورت آنلاین جمع آوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون‌های آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه و آزمون تعقیبی lsd با spss16 انجام گرفت. سطح معناداری همه تحلیل ها برابر با 0.05 درنظر گرفته شد. یافته‌ها: در  بهورزان شاغل در استان‌های با وضعیت قرمز کووید-19، اختلالات روانی مشاهده شد. اکثریت جمعیت مورد مطالعه دارای سلامت روان مطلوبی بودند. میان میانگین کل سلامت روان و متغیرهای جمعیت‌شناختی تفاوت معنی‌داری وجود داشت (p<0.05). بیشترین اختلال روانی را تظاهرات جسمانی(17درصد) و کمترین را استرس (3 درصد) داشت. در کل یافته‌ها نشان داد میانگین وجود اختلات روانی در جمعیت مورد مطالعه 14.01±25.12می باشد. نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه اهمیت بالای بهبود سلامت روان در میان کارکنان سلامت، لازم است تا آموزش‌های لازم جهت مقابله با شرایط سخت در دستور کار قرار گیرد.

investigating the factors affecting mental health and its components in health workers in provinces with red covid-19 status

background and aims: reducing mental health of health workers will have profound adverse consequences on the process of providing services in conditions of coronavirus outbreak in the community. this study was, therefore, conducted to determine the factors affecting mental health and its components in health workers in provinces with red covid-19 status.materials and methods: this descriptive-analytical cross-sectional study was performed in 2020 on 627 health workers working in the provinces with red covid-19 status. the participants were selected by multi-stage sampling method. data were collected online using general health questionnaires. data analysis was performed using one-way analysis of variance and lsd post hoc test with spss 16. the significance level of all analyzes was considered to be 0.05.results: mental disorders were observed in workers working in provinces with red status of covid-19. the majority of the studied population showed good mental health. there observed a significant difference between the total mean of mental health and demographic variables (p<0.05). physical manifestation (17%) and stress (3%) were the most and the least observed mental disorders, respectively. overall, the findings revealed that the average of mental disorders in the studied population was 25±14.conclusion: considering the high importance of improving mental health among health workers, it is necessary to put the necessary trainings to deal with difficult conditions on the agenda.
