تعیین میزان آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد و آمادگی سازمانی پزشکان عمومی در برخورد با حملات بیوتروریسمی شهرستان شمیرانات سال 1399

زمینه و اهداف: بیوتروریسم یک مسئله مهم بهداشتی در سطح جهان بشمار می‌رود که پزشکان در هنگام وقوع این‌گونه رخدادها نقش مهمی در مدیریت قربانیان دارند. لذا مطالعه حاضر باهدف تعیین میزان آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد و آمادگی سازمانی پزشکان در برخورد با حملات بیوتروریستی انجام گرفت. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر مطالعه مقطعی بوده و به‌صورت تمام شماری در بین 50 پزشک شاغل در مرکز بهداشت شهرستان شمیرانات در سال 1399 انجام گرفت. ابزار کار پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در پنج بخش؛ سنجش دموگرافیک، آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد و آمادگی سازمانی بود، روایی پرسشنامه توسط اساتید هیئت‌علمی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهید بهشتی و پایایی آن توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ در چهار حیطه آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد و آمادگی سازمانی، تائید و از نرم‌افزار spss نسخه 21 جهت تحلیل استفاده شد. ملاحظات اخلاقی در تمام مراحل اجرای مطالعه رعایت شد. یافته‌ها: میزان آگاهی در بین پزشکان مطلوب (94 درصد) بود (بیشترین سهم: حیطه مفهوم و ماهیت بیوتروریسم 70 درصد). اکثر پزشکان نگرش خوب و عالی در برخورد با حملات بیوتروریسمی داشتند (بیشترین سهم: حیطه عاطفی 96 درصد) و 94 درصد پزشکان عملکرد خوبی را گزارش کردند و در عین حال بستر لازم در مقابله با حملات بیوتروریستی را مناسب دیدند. بین میزان عملکرد باسابقه خدمت (p=0/031) و میزان آمادگی سازمانی با سن (p=0/001) رابطه معنادار آماری مشاهده شد. نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش می‌تواند در مدیریت مدیران سلامت در مداخلات آموزشی در جهت ارتقاء مشارکت، عملکرد و یکپارچه‌سازی نیروهای خط مقدم مقابله با بیوتروریسم در جامعه کمک‌کننده باشد.

knowledge, attitude, practice and organizational readiness of general physicians in dealing with bioterrorism attacks in shemiranat in 2020

background and aims: bioterrorism is an important health issue worldwide and physicians play an importantrole in managing victims when such events occur. therefore, the present study was conducted to determinethe knowledge, attitude, practice and organizational readiness of physicians in dealing with bioterrorismattacks.methods: the present cross-sectional study was conducted among all 50 physicians working in shemiranathealth center in 2020. a researcher-made questionnaire including five sections: demographics, knowledge,attitude, performance, and organizational readiness was used. the validity of questionnaire was confirmed byfaculty members of shahid beheshti university of medical sciences and its reliability was assessed throughcronbach's alpha test in four areas of knowledge, attitude, performance and organizational readiness. spsssoftware version 21 was used for data analysis. ethical considerations were observed in all stages of the study.results: knowledge of physicians in our study was desirable (94%) (the highest share: scope and nature ofbioterrorism 70%). most physicians showed a good and excellent attitude in dealing with bioterrorism attacks(maximum share: emotional domain 96%), and 94% of them reported good performance and at the same timefound the necessary platform to deal with bioterrorism attacks. there was a statistically significant relationshipbetween service performance (p = 0.031) and organizational readiness with age (p = 0.001).conclusion: the results of this study can be helpful in managing health managers in educational interventionsin order to promote participation, performance and integration of frontline forces against bioterrorism in thecommunity.
