راهبردهای توسعه شهری جهت بهبود تاب‌آوری و بازده اکولوژیک خدمات شهری تهران

تاب آوری اکولوژیک و کارایی خدمات شهری از پیش شرطهای اصلی توسعه پایدار در کلان شهرهایی چون تهران هستند. این پژوهش با هدف تحلیل رابطه میان تاب آوری اکولوژیک و بهره وری خدمات شهری در محلات منطقه 4 تهران انجام شد. روش تحقیق کاربردی توصیفی تحلیلی و پیمایشی با رویکرد ترکیبی بود و دادهها از پرسشنامه استاندارد 300 نمونه مصاحبه با 15 متخصص و منابع اسنادی و مکانی گردآوری شد. شاخصها با استفاده از روش min-max نرمال سازی و در قالب دو شاخص ترکیبی تاب آوری اکولوژیک و کارایی خدمات شهری تلفیق شدند تحلیلها شامل رگرسیون خطی چندگانه و تحلیل خوشه ای k-means بود. نتایج نشان داد که تاب آوری اکولوژیک تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر کارایی خدمات شهری دارد ( 0.65=b= 0.45،r^2) و سه خوشه محله ای شامل محلات تاب آور و کارا محلات گذار و محلات آسیب پذیر مشخص شد. محلات برتر دارای فضای سبز ،بیشتر حمل و نقل عمومی کارآمد و مشارکت اجتماعی بالاتر بودند بر اساس این یافته ها، راهبردهایی مانند افزایش سرانه فضای سبز توسعه حمل و نقل ،پایدار مدیریت یکپارچه پسماند و استفاده از انرژیهای تجدیدپذیر پیشنهاد شده اند.

urban development strategies to improve the resilience and ecological efficiency of urban services in tehran abstract

the purpose of this research is to analyze the ecological resilience and productivity of urban services in tehran neighborhoods. the objectives of this research are to determine the ecological resilience variables of urban neighborhoods in tehran, determine the productivity variables of urban services in tehran neighborhoods, present a conceptual model of the ecological resilience of urban neighborhoods and the productivity of urban services in neighborhoods, determine the relationship between the ecological resilience variables of urban neighborhoods and the productivity variables of urban services in neighborhoods, and present strategies for urban environmental planning and management. the study area is tehran's district 4, which is located in the northeast of tehran and is the easternmost neighborhood of tehran. the analysis of the relationship between the ecological resilience variables of urban neighborhoods and the productivity of urban services shows that these two sets of variables are significantly related and strengthening one can lead to the improvement of the other. finally, based on the research findings, several urban planning strategies are proposed to improve the resilience and ecological productivity of urban services.
