ارزیابی نقش مشارکت شهروندان در مدیریت پسماند شهری با محوریت تفکیک از مبدا (مطالعه موردی: منطقه 9 شهر تهران)

درحال حاضر یکی از مهمترین مسائل زیست محیطی درشهر تهران مدیریت پسماندشهری است.اگرچه دریک دهه اخیرپیشرفت های قابل توجهی در مدیریت پسماند حاصل شده،اما هنوز تا دستیابی به وضعیت مطلوب فاصله زیادی وجوددارد. هدف از این پژوهش ارزیابی نقش مشارکت شهروندان درمدیریت پسماند شهری با محوریت تفکیک از مبدا می باشدکه درمنطقه 9تهران موردبررسی قرار گرفته است.روش این پژوهش توصیفی – تحلیلی و از نوع پیمایشی می باشد.ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه بوده که درسطح منطقه 9 بین شهروندان توزیع شده است.حجم نمونه تحقیق با استفاده از فرمول کوکران تعداد383نفربدست آمده که به همین تعدادپرسشنامه دراختیار شهروندان موردمطالعه توزیع شده است.به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌های تحقیق هم از آمار توصیفی و هم از آمار استنباطی استفاده گردید.دربخش آمار توصیفی و به‌منظور توصیف یافته‌ها،ازجداول فراوانی،شاخص مرکزی و میانگین بهره گرفته شد.در بخش آمار استنباطی نیز به‌منظور بررسی معنی دار بودن از آزمون رگرسیون با استفاده از نرم افزار spss انجام شده است.نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که ضریب همبستگی بین مشارکت عمومی و تولید و ذخیره سازی برابر با 0.764 است.ضمنا r2 حاصل شده معادل 0.509 است که نشان می دهد که 65 درصد از تغییرات متغیر وابسته ناشی از متغیرهای مستقل است و حاکی از نقش مشارکت های شهروندان در مدیریت پسماند این منطقه است.

Evaluating the Role of Citizen Participation in Municipal Solid Waste Management by SeparationOrigin (Case Study: District 9 of Tehran City)

Currently one of the most important environmental issues in Tehran is municipal waste management.Although significant improvements in waste management have been made in the last decade, there is still a long way to go to achieve the desired status.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the role of citizen participation in municipal waste management with a focus on separation of origin, which has been studied in District 9 of Tehran.The method of this research is descriptiveanalytical and is of survey type.The research tool was a questionnaire distributed among the citizens at the 9th level.The sample size of the study was 383 using Cochran formula and the same number of questionnaires were distributed to the citizens.Both descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the research data.Descriptive statistics and frequency tables, central index and mean were used to describe the findings. Inferential statistics section was used to evaluate the significance of the regression test using SPSS software.The results showed that the correlation coefficient between public participation and production and storage was0.764.Meanwhile, the resulting R2 is0.509,which indicates that 65% of the dependent variable changes are due to independent variables, indicating the role of citizen participation in waste management in the area
