تحلیل دیدگاه کارشناسان کشاورزی در زمینه تهدیدها و فرصت‏های زیست‏محیطی محصولات کشاورزی فناوری زیستی نوین

در این مطالعه با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا سعی شد تهدیدها و فرصت‏های زیست محیطی فناوری زیستی نوین تحلیل شود. در این تحقیق از تحلیل محتوای استقرایی استفاده شد. بدین معنا که مفاهیم مربوط به تهدیدها و فرصت‏های زیست محیطی فناوری زیستی نوین به صورت ظهوریابنده و بدون توجه به مضامین پیش‏فرض یا حتی موجود در ادبیات پیشین، استخراج شد. به منظور جمع‏آوری داده‏ها از شیوه مصاحبه نیمه‏ساختار یافته با 37 نفر از کارشناسان کشاورزی، با روش نمونه‏گیری گلوله برفی استفاده شد. در زمینه فرصت‏های زیست‏محیطی فناوری زیستی نوین از دیدگاه کارشناسان کشاورزی، مقولات «کاهش آلودگی محیط‏زیست و نبود خطرات زیست محیطی»، «تایید ایمنی زیست محیطی محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین با منابع علمی معتبر و نظر متخصصان» و «بهبود محیط زیست با فناوری زیستی نوین» تاثیرگذار بوده‏اند و در زمینه تهدید‏های زیست محیطی فناوری زیستی نوین از دیدگاه کارشناسان کشاورزی، مقولات «خطرات انتقال افقی ژن و نبود شواهدی مبنی بر صحیح بودن پیش‏فرض‏ها در خصوص فناوری زیستی نوین»، «احتمالات و احتیاط در فناوری زیستی نوین» و «نگرانی‏ها، خطرات و مسایل اخلاقی فناوری زیستی نوین» تاثیرگذار بوده‏اند. نظرات کارشناسان کشاورزی در خصوص اثرات محصولات فناوری زیستی نوین حول دو مضمون «حفظ محیط‏زیست» و «تخریب محیط زیست» بود.

Analyzing Agricultural Experts' View of Environmental Threats and Opportunities for Modern Biotechnology Products

In this study, using content analysis, we attempted to analyze the environmental threats and opportunities of modern biotechnology . Inductive content analysis was used in this study. That is, concepts related to the environmental threats and opportunities of modern biotechnology were extracted in an emerging way, without regard to default or even existing themes in prior literature. Semistructured interviews with 37 agricultural experts using snowball sampling were used to collect data. Environmental Opportunities for Modern Biotechnology From the perspective of agricultural experts, the following topics were: Reducing environmental pollution and no environmental hazards, Confirming the environmental safety of modern biotech products with reliable scientific resources and expert opinion and Improving Environment with Modern Biotechnology. Concerning the environmental threats of modern biotechnology from the perspective of agricultural experts, the topics included: the risks of horizontal gene transfer and the lack of evidence that assumptions about new biotechnology are correct, the probabilities and precautions in Modern Biotechnology »and Concerns, Risks, and Ethical Issues of Modern Biotechnology. Agricultural experts' views on the effects of modern biotechnology products were on two themes: environmental protection and environmental degradation.
