ارزیابی اثرات محیط‌زیستی طرح‌های مختلف توسعه بر روی محیط‌زیست با استفاده از تلفیق روش‌های Fanp و Riam

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، ارزیابی اثرات طرح‌های مختلف توسعه شامل بهره‌برداری از معدن و احداث فرودگاه در مجاورت تالاب میقان و مجتمع صنعتی فولاد ویان در استان همدان بر روی محیط‌زیست است. مطالعات ارزیابی اثرات کارخانه فولاد ویان همدان با استفاده از تلفیق روش riam و fanp و تالاب میقان با استفاده از riam صورت پذیرفت. قبل از اجرای طرح‌های توسعه در تالاب میقان، پرورش آرتمیا و جذب گردشگر به‌عنوان اثرات مثبت مشخص بوده ولیکن ایجاد یک محیط آموزشی و استفاده صنعتی و دارویی از گیاهان تالاب اثرات مثبت و احداث بندهای متعدد در رودخانه های بالادست، احداث جاده و قطع ارتباط اکولوژیک شمال و جنوب از اثرات منفی اجرای طرح‌های ذکر شده بودند. اجرای کارخانه ویان همدان در محیط فیزیکی شیمیایی، بر روی فرسایش خاک و کیفیت هوا آثار منفی داشته اما بر رفاه عمومی، طرح‌های توسعه آتی دارای آثار مثبت مشخص است. استفاده از روش‌های مختلف و یا ترکیب روش‌ها با همدیگر باید با در نظر گرفتن نوع توسعه، نوع اثرات و محیط‌های پذیرنده اثرات باشد تا و نتایج مستخرج از بکارگیری روش‌ها بتواند تمامی جوانب محیط را پوشش داده و با بهره‌گیری از نتایج و تعبیه راهکارهای مدیریتی بهینه، محیط‌زیست برای نسل‌های آتی نیز قابل بهره‌برداری باشد.

Environmental Impact Assessment of Different Development Plans on the Environment Using Integration of FANP and RIAM Methods

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effects of various development plans, including mining and airport construction in the vicinity of Miqan Wetland and Vian Steel Industrial Company in Hamadan provinc. Impact Assessment Studies of Hamadan Vian Steel Plant Using RIAM and FANP Method and Migan Wetland Using RIAM. Prior to the implementation of development plans in Miqan Wetland, breeding Artemia and tourist attraction as Positive effects have been identified but creating an educational and industrial and pharmaceutical environment for wetland plants. Positive effects and construction of several dams in upstream rivers, construction and diversification of roads in the wetland and disconnection of north and south ecological links from negative impacts of the mentioned projects Had been. Implementation of Vian Hamedan plant in chemical physical environment has negative effects on soil erosion and air quality but has positive effects on public welfare, future development plans and social structure. The use of different methods should be in consideration the type of effects so that the application of the methods and their results can cover all aspects of the environment. And by leveraging the results and incorporating optimal management strategies, the environment can also be exploited for future generations.
