مدل مفهومی مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز در دستیابی به صنعت ساخت و ساز پایدار

صنعت ساخت با توجه به گستره تاثیر آن بر اجتماعات انسانی، اقتصاد جهانی و محیط زیست بشری یکی از مهمترین صنایع در بحث توسعه پایدار به شمار می‌رود. تقاضای جهان برای توسعه پایدار فشار زیادی بر صنعت ساخت ‌و ساز برای ارتقاء ظرفیت‌های پایدار در فرایند ساخت‌ ایجاد کرده است. در مطالعه پیش‌رو سعی شده است، مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز به عنوان یک رویکرد مدیریت محیط ‌زیستی جامع در پی نگرانی‌های محیط ‌زیستی در صنعت ساخت ‌و ساز معرفی شود و اهمیت مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز در مراحل مختلف فعالیت‌های صنعت ساخت و ساز مورد واکاوی قرار گیرد. این پژوهش یک بررسی توصیفیتحلیلی با مطالعه کیفی است. ابزار جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای و بررسی منابع مکتوب است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها، تحلیل محتوا است. نتایج مطالعه حاکی از آن است، که مشارکت‌های همکارانه محیط زیست در تسهیل برنامه و اجرای عملیات مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز نقش بسزایی دارد و اتخاذ الزامات محیط زیستی در مراحل مختلف پروژه ساخت همچون امکان ‌سنجی و نوآوری سبز، طراحی سبز، مدیریت مواد و مصالح سبز، ساخت و ساز سبز، بهره ‌برداری و نگهداری سبز و لجستیک معکوس نقشی شایان توجه در چارچوب اجرایی مدیریت زنجیره تامین سبز و پایداری صنعت ساخت ایفا می‌نماید.

Conceptual Model of Green Supply Chain Management to Achieve the Sustainable Construction Industry

The construction industry is one of the most important industries in sustainable development, considering the extent of its impact on human societies, global economy and human environment. Accordingly, the world’ demand for sustainable development has put a lot of pressure on the construction industry to promote sustainable capabilities in the construction process. In the present study, green supply chain management has been introduced as a holistic environmental management approach in the wake of environmental concerns in the construction industry and its importance in different stages of construction industry’s activities has been investigated. This study is a descriptive analytical study with a qualitative approach. The data collection tool is library studies, review of written sources, documents and previous researches. The results of the study indicate that the collaborative environmental contributions play a significant role in facilitating the program and implementation of the green supply chain management. The adaptation of environmental requirements at different stages of the construction project, such as feasibility and green innovation, green design, green materials, green construction, green conservation and exploitation and reverse logistics, plays an important role in context of the executive framework of green supply chain management and sustainability of construction industry.
