ارزیابی محیط زیستی چرخه حیات سامانه مدیریت پسماند شهری و ارائه راهکارهای مدیریتی زیست محیطی(مطالعه موردی، شهر زاهدان)

امروزه تولید پسماند در هر جامعه اجتناب‌ناپذیر است در نتیجه مدیریت پسماند یکی از نقش‌های اصلی هر شهرداری است. تولید انواع پسماند و بروز انواع ناسازگاری‌های اجتماعی، اقتصادی و زیست‌محیطی مربوط به آنها، مدیریت خدمات و پسماندهای شهری را با مشکلات عدیده‌ای در فرآیندمدیریت پسماند مواجه ساخته است. بنابراین استقرار سامانه مدیریت پسماند ضروری است. در مطالعه حاضر از روش ارزیابی چرخه حیات به منظور بررسی وضعیت حاضر سامانه مدیریت پسماند شهر زاهدان استفاده و برای این منظور دو سناریو تعریف شد. سناریوی اول مبتنی بر انتقال پسماند تولیدی به محل دفن و سناریوی دوم مبتنی بر تولید کود کمپوست می باشد. داده های مورد نیاز سیاهه نویسی چرخه حیات با بررسی منابع و تهیه پرسشنامه و نیز مطالعات صحرایی جمع آوری شد. سیاهه نویسی چرخه حیات به کمک نرم افزار iwm انجام شد. سپس نتایج از سیاهه نویسی به 5 طبقه اثر شامل مصرف انرژی، گازهای گلخانه ای، گازهای اسیدی، مه دود فتوشیمیایی و خروجی های سمی تخصیص داده شد. از نقطه نظر محیط زیستی, نتایج این مطالعه نشان داد که کمپوست کردن به عنوان یکی از گزینه های مدیریتی است و نقش مهمی در کاهش بار آلاینده ها و نیز مصرف انرژی ناشی از سامانه مدیریت پسماند دارد.

Environmental Assessment of Life Cycle of The Urban Waste Management System and Providing Environmental Management Solutions (Case study Zahedan city)

Today waste generation in every society is inevitable and as a resuit waste management is if the main roles of every municipality.The production of various kinds of waste and the occurrence of various types of social economic and environmental of services and urban waste has encountered many problems in the whole process of waste management.Hencer deploymentof the waste management system is essential.This is important issue that must be considered in educational,research and executive programs.In this studyLCAmethod used for surveying present situation of management system of Zahedan city and for this reason were developed2sceneries.The first is of garbage to landfill and the second scenario is compost production.Inventory data for life ycle assessmentLCAwere gathered from relevant,literature,completed project and through questionnaires and field work.The life cycle inventory was accomplished usingIWM1model and the results were allocated to five categories, consisting of energy,consumption,green house gasses,acid gasses,photo chemical gasses and toxic emission.The results significant by using the second scenery than the first,the amount of green house gasses reduce considerably.From the environmental point of view the results of this study showed tht composting as one of the management options plays an important role in reducing the amount of pollutants and energy consumption from the waste management system.
