ارزیابی و مدیریت ریسک‌های ایمنی‌، بهداشت و ‌محیط‌زیست در واحد شیرین‌سازی (gtu 2) پالایشگاه گاز در حال ساخت فازهای 22و24 پارس جنوبی در سال 1396 به روش lopa و pha

احداث پالایشگاه‌، دارای ریسک‌های ایمنی،بهداشت و ‌محیط‌زیستی فراوانی است.دراین تحقیق به ارزیابی و مدیریت ‌ریسک‌های موجود در پالایشگاه گاز فازهای 22 و 24 پارس جنوبی به روش lopa و pha پرداخته شده است. بدین‌ترتیب پس از شناسایی فعالیت‌ها و خطرات و با توجه به ‌شدت اثر،احتمال وقوع و پیامدهای احتمالی مواجه بر انسان، محیط‌زیست و تجهیزات، کار ارزیابی و طبقه‌بندی ریسک‌ها انجام شد. در ارزیابی ریسک‏‌های ایمنی و بهداشت به روش pha، کمترین ریسک مربوط به بالا رفتن از پلکان مخازن با مقدار عددی 4= rpn و بالاترین ریسک متعلق به تست فشار خط لوله با 21= rpn است. در ریسک ‌محیط‌زیستی‌،کمترین ریسک مربوط به زنگ‌زدایی با مقدار 32 و بالاترین ریسک متعلق به فعالیت اداری با مقدار 360 می‌باشد.در ارزیابی ریسک‌های ایمنی و بهداشت به روش lopa بیشترین میزان ریسک‏های ایمنی و بهداشت مربوط به تصادف خودرو، سقوط از ارتفاع،با مقدار 8 = rr بوده و کمترین میزان ریسک را نیز برق گرفتگی با مقدار 5 rr= داراست. در ‌محیط‌زیستی بیشترین ریسک مربوط به خاموش شدن مشعل با 7= rr بوده و پایین‌ترین ریسک متعلق به مصرف کاغذ، مصرف سوخت‌‌ فسیلی با مقدار عددی 4= rr است.

HSE Risks Assessment and Managment by LOPA and PHA Method in Construction Period of One of the Gas Sweeting (GTU 2) , Phases 22 & 24 Gas Refinery, South Pars Gas Field

The construction of the refinery has many safety،health and environmental risks.In this research،the LOPA and PHA methods have been used to assess and manage the existing risks in the gas refineries of phases 22 and 24 of South Pars.Thus، after identifying activities and risks and taking into account the severity of the work، the probability of occurrence and possible consequences of exposure to humans، environment and equipment،risk assessment and risk classification was carried out. In assessing the safety and health risks by PHA،the minimum risk associated with rising stairs with a numerical value of 4 RPN and the highest risk of the pipeline pressure test is 21 RPN.In environmental risk،the lowest risk is related to 32degree deicing and the highest risk of administrative activity with a 360value. In assessing the safety and health risks of the LOPA method، the highest safety and health risks associated with an automobile accident are dropping from a height of 8 RR and a low risk of electricity with RR 5. In the environmental، the most risk is the flare shutdown with RR 7، and the lowest risk associated with paper consumption is the use of fossil fuels with a numerical value of 4 RR.
