چارچوب برنامه های راهبردی – عملیاتی مدیریت منظر خیابان های شهری (مطالعه موردی: خیابان امیرکبیر تهران)

هدف این مطالعه، تدوین چارچوبی برای مدیریت و ساماندهی منظر خیابان شهری به طور عام و خیابان شهری منطقه بیست و دو تهران به صورت خاص است. پس از تدوین اهداف و راهبردهای کلان بر اساس اسناد فرادست و نظرات ذی‌نفعان معیارهای مطلوبیت خیابان‌های شهری تدوین و در راستای دستیابی به آنها راهکارهای عملیاتی تدوین شده‌است. شاخص‌های مدیریت منظر شهری در این مطالعه بر اساس ابعاد نظریه منظر پایدار و با توجه به ماهیت خیابان شهری استخراج شده‌است. روش تحقیق این مطالعه، توصیفی و تحلیلی و پیمایش با ابزارهای مصاحبه و مشاهدات و برداشت‌های میدانی است. مطالعه موردی، خیابان امیرکبیر در منطقه بیست و دو تهران می‌باشد. خروجی و نتایج این مطالعه منجر به تدوین راهکارهایی در ابعاد کالبدی، فضایی، فعالیتی، معنایی و بومی سرزمینی و با توجه به‌عناصر ثابت، نیمه‌ثابت و متحرک، عناصر نرم و سخت، ساختمان‌های ساخته‌شده و در حال ساخت شده است. کلمات کلیدی خیابان های شهری، برنامه راهبردی و عملیاتی ، کالبد، فضا، فعالیت ، معنا و بوم

StrategicOperational Strategic Plans for Urban Street Landscape Management(Case Study: Amirkabir St. Tehran)

Abstract The purpose of this study is to develop a framework for managing and organizing the urban street landscape in general and the urban street of the twentysecond region of Tehran in particular. After formulating the goals and strategies based on the documents and the opinions of the stakeholders, the criteria for the utility of urban streets are formulated and in order to achieve them, operational strategies have been developed. Urban Landscape Management Indicators in this study have been extracted based on the dimensions of sustainable landscape theory and according to the nature of urban streets.
