ارزشیابی سناریوهای مدیریت پسماند های سنگی با استفاده ازنرم افزار simapro8.5 مطالعه موردی شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد استان تهران

رشد جمعیت و صنعتی شدن منجر به بحران‌ های محیط ‌زیستی شده است.پسماندهای صنعتی از جمله آلودگی‌هایی است که تاثیرات منفی زیادی بر محیط زیست می گذارد.هدف این پژوهش بررسی وضعیت موجود مدیریت پسماند و پیشنهاد یک روش جدید برای مدیریت پسماندهای شهرک صنعتی شمس آباد است.اساسا مهمترین بخش پسماند در شهرک،پسماندهای سنگی بودند و لذا توجه اصلی این تحقیق روی این دسته از پسماندها است.به همین منظور دو سناریو بررسی شد که شامل1)استفاده از پسماند سنگی برای تولید کاغذ سنگی2)تولید آجر و تولیدسرامیک میشود.برای انجام مقایسه سناریوها با استفاده از روش ارزیابی چرخه زندگی در مرحله اول بعد ازتعیین برد ومزرهای تحقیق،لیست کاملی از فرآیندهای زیر مجموعه هر یک از این سناریوها تهیه شد.برای انجام سیاهه نویسی چرخه زندگی هر یک از سناریوها از نرم افزارsimapro استفاده شد.نتایج این تحقیق نشان داد که تولید آجر و سرامیک از لحاظ محیط زیستی اثرات کمتری در برخواهد داشت.با تولید آجر و سرامیک از این نوع پسماند هم میتوان از میزان پسماند تولیدی کم کردو هم هزینه های تولید آجر و سرامیک راکاهش داد.

Evaluation of stone waste management scenarios using Simapro8.5 software. Case study of Shams Abad industrial estate in Tehran province

Population growth have led to environmental crises. Industrial waste is one of the pollutants that has a very negative impact on the environment.The purpose of this study was to investigate the existing status of waste management and to propose a new and optimal method for waste management of Shams Abad industrial estate.Basically the most important part of the waste in the town were stone solids and the main focus of this research is on these wastes .For stone waste management, two scenarios have been investigated, including: (1)the use of stone waste for the production of paper and (2)the production of bricks and ceramic production.In order to compare the scenarios using the life cycle assessment method, in the first step, after determining the range and fields of the research, a complete list of the subprocesses of each of these scenarios was prepared.SIMAPRO software was used to perform logging of the life cycle of each scenario .Results: The results of this study showed that the production of ceramic and bricks would have less effect on the environment. By producing bricks and ceramics from this kind of waste, it can reduce the amount of waste,the cost of ceramic and brick production.
