بررسی عوامل انگیزشی ترغیب کننده در ساخت و بهره برداری از ساختمان‌های سبز

در حال حاضر به علت طراحی و استفاده نامناسب از ساختمان‌ها، مقدار زیادی از انرژی ورودی به این ساختمان‌ها تلف می‌گردد. تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل انگیزشی ترغیب کننده در ساخت و بهره برداری از ساختمان‌های سبز انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش سازندگان و بهره‌برداران آپارتمان‌های مناطق مسکونی شهریِ استان گیلان در 5 ساله اخیر بین سال‌های 1392 تا 1396 بودند. پژوهش حاضر بر اساس هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، تحقیقی توصیفی و همبستگی است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات میدانی، ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه و روش تحلیل داده‌ها، مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختاری بوده است. پس از بررسی توصیفی متغیرها به منظور بررسی فرضیه‌ها، با استفاده روش رگرسیون خطی چندگانه، فرضیات تحقیق مورد آزمون قرار گرفته و در مورد پذیرش یا عدم پذیرش هر کدام از فرضیه‌های آماری اظهار نظر شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که کیفیت سبک زندگی و کیفیت و قیمت تاثیر مستقیمی بر ساخت و بهره‌برداری از ساختمان‌های سبز در نزد دو گروه مالکین و سازندگان داشتند. از طرفی، یافته‌ها نشان داد که آگاهی زیست محیطی و اطلاعات و دانش تاثیر مستقیمی بر ساخت و بهره‌برداری از ساختمان‌های سبز در نزد گروه مالکین داشتند، اما در نزد گروه سازندگان تاثیری نداشتند.

Investigating the Motivational Factors in Building and Operating Green Buildings

Due to the inadequate design and use of buildings, a large amount of energy is wasted on these buildings. The purpose of this study was to investigate the motivational factors in green building construction and operation. The statistical population of this study was the builders and users of apartments in urban areas of Guilan province during the last 5 years between 2013 and 2017. The present study is a descriptive and correlational research based on applied purpose and in terms of data collection. Structural equation modeling was used to collect field data, questionnaire data collection and data analysis. After descriptive analysis of the variables to test the hypotheses, the research hypotheses were tested by using multiple linear regression method and comments on whether or not the statistical hypotheses were accepted. The results showed that quality of life, quality and price had a direct impact on the construction and operation of green buildings in both owners and developers. On the other hand, the findings showed that environmental awareness and information and knowledge had a direct impact on the construction and operation of green buildings in the owner group but did not affect the builder group.
