ارزیابی اثربخشی آموزش‌های سرای محلات در زمینه مدیریت پسماند بر رفتار شهروندان (مورد مطالعه: منطقه 14 شهرداری تهران)

هدف تحقیق حاضر بررسی اثربخشی فعالیت‌های آموزشی سرای محلات منطقه 14 تهران، بر دانش، نگرش و رفتار شهروندان در زمینه مدیریت پسماند و تفکیک از مبدا می‌باشد. این مطالعه به صورت توصیفی– مقایسه‌ای از طریق تکمیل 537 پرسشنامه بین افراد آموزش دیده و آموزش ندیده و با کمک سرای محلات هر ناحیه، انجام شد. در این مطالعه از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی از قبیل کای –مربع و آزمون t مستقل دو نمونه‌ای در نرم‌افزار spss استفاده شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد که بین دانش افراد آموزش دیده (4.67 ± 13.80) و آموزش ندیده (4.47 ± 12.54) در زمینه مدیریت پسماند اختلاف معناداری وجود داشت. علاوه بر این، افراد آموزش دیده نگرش مثبت‌تری (0.98 ± 3.59) نسبت به مدیریت پسماند در مقایسه با افراد آموزش ندیده (0.77 ± 2.23) داشتند. نتایج همچنین بیانگر وجود تفاوت معنی‌دار در رفتار تفکیک زباله از مبدا توسط دو گروه مورد مطالعه نیز بود. نتایج این مطالعه حمایت و تقویت سرای محلات منطقه 14 تهران را توسط شهرداری به منظور تداوم ارائه این قبیل آموزش‌ها به شهروندان پیشنهاد می‌کند.

Evaluating the effectiveness of educational activities of neighborhood houses in the field of waste management on citizens` behaviour (The studied case: Region 14 of Tehran Municipality)

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of training activities provided by the neighborhood houses in region 14 of Tehran on the knowledge, attitude and behavior of inhabitants in the field of waste management and separation at the source. This descriptivecomparative study was carried out through the completion of 537 questionnaires among trained and untrained respondents, with the corporation of neighborhood houses in each areas of the district. The data of this study were analysed using descriptive and inferential statistics such as Chisquare and independent ttest by SPSS software. The results of the study showed that there was a significant difference between the knowledge of trained (13.80±4.67) and untrained (12.54±4.47) respondents in the field of waste management. Furthermore, the results showed that the trained (3.59±0.98) respondents had more positive attitude toward waste management compared to the untrained (2.23±0.77) respondents. The results also indicated that the training activities of neighborhood houses have had a significant effect on participants` behavior regarding waste separation compared to the nonparticipants.
